Prompt and professional service. Special requests were responded to via email very prompt, and while they couldn't guarantee accurate sexing of my specimen, 2 days later, and much earlier than expected - my pipefish arrived in perfect condition! First time ordering fish online and it was a good experience with SWF.

I like your website ,corals and fish are nice. shipping in my area doesn't work everybody else gets my order to me by 10:30, yours takes until 2:00 . I have lost a few fish and coral because of this. please try to remedy this. when you pay extra (9.95 box and 6.95 priority) you expect to get great service

Order was processed and received very quickly. Fish arrived healthy and look amazing!! Very pleased with the outcome of my on line order!!

They are just too rule happy. My experience when ypu go to purchasefrom them, they always have a catch. Fish doesn't make it, you get a credit, pretty neat. Oh but wait you can't use it with reef points, other sale items, and oh if the new fish you get doesn't make it, you only get part of your credit. Great sale item great, oh but wait, can't use your credit with the sale item. There are just too many hoops to jump through. Out of their defense though you do get 14 days. Just take care of the customer and quit with all of these hidden rules. Then they would be a great Company!

I've had good luck with SWF. A few fish have arrived dead and a few have died in the first day or so, but when that has happened I"ve gotten store credit almost immediately and without a contest. Their selection is much, much better than any store although it is nice to see them live. I do like their shipping boxes as I use them to drip acclimate the fish. I know they are busy, but the turnaround time for inquiries could be a little better.

I think saltwater fish has been good to me. I have no complains about them since I've been ordering from them for years now and had no issues with any of my orders. Except for a recent order, after the acclimation about 5 hours later my fish died I did a claim, Then I realized that I was missing 1 of my urchin, so the following day I called and They credit me back for the urchin and got store credit for the fish that died. I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Millie D

this isn't my 1st time, they always handle everything and most arrive a live, if they don't they handle the refund quickly. The live stock always are what I ordered or 1 size up. I will buy from them again.

Fish are pets just like our 4 Dachshund. We only deal with 1 breeder for our dogs and only deal with 1 aquarium company for our fish in our 250 gallon tank ,Saltwaterfish . Both I expect the same quality and get it time after time. I have been dealing with Saltwaterfish for 25 years. I could not be happier with there product over the years. In dealing with other company's over the years when you find a quality company you stick with THEM !

The staff at Saltwaterfish.com went above and beyond to say the very least. They initially held my order for two weeks because my quarantine tank got ich. They replaced a fish shipment that died due to shipping delays and tracked the next package. One of those died and they replaced it. I am extremely impressed that they cared so much and stayed in contact. I usually never have problems with their fish anyway because they arrive healthy. They didn't have to do all of that, but they did and I appreciate it! 😊

Just released fish from bags. Must say they look exception. Hard to find tangs in good shape these days. Also, finally got a Midas blenny after a year of trying for lfs. These guys came through and for only $25!!! Very excited to see these guys grow.
