I have had the same fish for over 20 years beautiful purple tang beautiful dog face Puffer along with a few others. This worthless vendor sent me some sick fish or invertebrate snails and killed all my fish in less than 3 weeks. I have a 120 gallon aquarium with many features a lot of live rocks I had a lot of creatures in there that the fish could eat everything is dead not one living creature is alive. The owner could care less I spoke to her, and she was very rude. Stay away from here

Package was sent 3 days ago...... still in route...... contacted customer support as the unarrived fishies will be either dead or stressed out lowering their survival change and endangering my existing fish while trying to save them ....... the amazing customer service person said take a picture of any dead fish against a white surface and make a claim. Will further update after sushi is delivered.

I made an order with several items. They forgot to add one of my fish. I want the fish and they refuse to send it to me even though its their fault they didn't ship it. They would rather loose a customer forever than to have to pay shipping for a single fish for the mistake. Its sad I'm done shopping here over a $30 fish that I paid for and the small shipping fee they could have paid to save a long time customer. Well after leaving a 1 star review, I received a phone call within 5 minutes. They did send me the missing fish at no charge. However I feel this should've happened from the beginning and shouldn't need to leave a bad review to get them to do the right thing. 🙃
