Well let’s start off with the Pro: easy to find marine fish offer reimbursement for dead fish Cons: expensive When a marine fish dies you don’t get full credit, they only give you what you spent that day, even thou you spent more money. Bad business practice, not refunded the entire order. All and all, they aren’t that great nor that bad

I ordered three fish and was charged for three fish. The order arrived today and I received two and there are only two fish listed in the packing list. I get that things sell out but according to all documentation I have, I haven’t been reimbursed for this fish I did not receive nor is there a second package with this missing fish. Overall communication on the order was lacking given the circumstances and how I could have even been informed that this fish would not be coming.
