I placed an order this past weekend. I received my confirmation email with my delivery date. Because it was a live delivery, I made arrangements to be home. The order did not arrive. I reached out to them twice and confirmed it was being shipped and would be delivered the next day. Again, it is not arriving. Only apologies, excuses and no compensation for my time off work waiting for delivery, my nephew not getting his birthday gift and my lost confidence in this store.
