I paid extra $ on a tomini tang ang and got a tiny one and the chocolate tang I didn't get young adult coloration, what I got was a juvenile coloration. I specifically ask for the adult coloration when I ordered on the phone. if you have a recording on my phone order, you will see what i requested. this is a bad first order from Saltwaterfish.com.

This was the first online fish purchase for our reef tank. Normally we purchase from our local store but selection and quality is limited.we are so glad we made our purchase from saltwaterfish.com The Scopas tang arrived healthy and safely packaged with temperature helping warming packs. The fish acclimated and started eating from day one. We will be ordering again soon!

So my first order wasn’t too hot. Local temps were in the 40s and they shipped with no heat packs. The reason I rate them 5 stars though is for their customer service. I reached out multiple times over live chat and they were helpful every time. Mistakes happen, what matters is how they handle it. Chrissy was super helpful, there was one other person who I forgot.

I got ripped off I ordered a 3.5. To 4.75 inch fish and got a 2.5 not worth 200 dollars ,I thought your company would be better. Not. I took pictures of the fish wile it was in the shipping bag with a ruler next to it Sent them to u 3 pictures and now you want me to take the fish out of the tank to send more photos next to a ruler…not going to happen. I will just take the hit ..beware they can send you any size fish. I ordered large got medium never buying fish online again shame on u. I’m thinking of posting on Facebook and instagram with pictures see what the people think

I needed snails and I ordered a couple of fish from this website and when I got them they were dead ! They only gave me store credit and I would have to pay for shipping for more items when they clearly shipped me dead snails overnight ! Do not use this website !!! Horrible
