Quality merchant. My shipment was delayed 1 day- but they were also tracking and informed me that they stood by 'guarantee' of 15 days alive if there were any loses (there were not).

this was the very first time ordering live fish from any place online. so far the package that the fish was in leaked but it was still alive. so I took out all the styrofoam and dumped the rest of the water in the container and then tilt the cooler at an angle, i was able to get it back to swimming after a couple of minutes using a technique i use when i go fishing to get the fish to swim away. then i dripped acclimated him for 2 hours. then got it in the qt tank where i am monitoring it for a month. and putting it through a qt process.

I will never purchase from saltwaterfish.com again. Their costumer service is terrible and their fish do not arrive alive. Don't waste your time and money with this company. There are plenty other companies out there that take way better car of their marine life!

Saltwater fish had a huge selection of marine life to choose from. I also feel they had the best prices. This is the second time I have bought from here and will be back again in the future.

Worst experience buying fish online I've ever had!!! I made my first order of $271 about 3 weeks ago I bought a bicolor angle a flame angle a coral beauty angle a lawnmower blend a diamond watchman goby and a zebra hermit crab the bicolor angle came out of the package not doing good I thought maybe from shipping but nope after acclimation I put them all in within 24 hours everything in my tank was dead except diamond watchman goby and the hermit crab including the 2 adult cinnamonclown fish i alreadyhad in the tank... so I turned in the guarantee request and received a store credit instead of a refund so I could buy healthy fish somewhere else not happy about that so I reordered and bought a coral beauty angle 4 yellowtail blue damsels 2 percula clownfish and a green bubble tip anemone I wrote in the comment section of my order please send me the healthiest fish you have well evidently they dont have any healthy fish 1 of the damsels showed up so beat up he died within 2 hours the water in the bags was so cold the 2 clowns were almost dead and the coral beauty angle has ich so now I get to spend even more money to treat my tank and my fish and the green bubble tip anemone is a brown anemone if you want to buy fish online avoid this place and any of its partner companies theres about 5 of em needless to say worst experience ever I will never buy anything from them again will never refer anyone to them.....

I recently began using Saltwaterfish.com for my reef tank stock & needs. I’ve been able to use some discounts they offered plus free overnight shipping. There’s been a couple of specimens that didn’t make it, but I was given a credit for those. Anyone in this hobby knows that it can be somewhat of a gamble when you’re dealing w/live critters.
