I ordered a sand sifting starfish and 10 snails and 10 hermit crabs. Starfish was destroyed. Very few of the snails and crabs had any animal in them. They resent. This time the starfish was in worse shape and still only half of the snail and crabs were very DOA. Very disappointed. Have not heard back from my second claim but will tell you to steer clear.

You have store credit you spend over $200.00 but because your store credit get minus from the $200.00 now yow have to pay for shipping when it was free and you don’t get free fish not fair

Shipping is Secure and fast. All fish arrive under a little stress but after a few hours they are happy and swimming in their tank.
