Outstanding service. Great company and they stand behind their guarantee on livestock. I even have difficult shipping instructions that were handled promptly and smoothly. A pleasure to do business with them. Fish was well packed and healthy.

Quality and size were not as advertised. The sale bundles were misleading and not worth the purchase. I purchased two "small" clownfish that were still fry-sized. AKA, the skimmer made fast work of them. :-( This was my first time, and I will never buy from this site again.

Great place to buy saltwater aquarium stuff. I really like their 15 day guarantee. Most companies don’t have any guarantee. Quick responses from the support staff.

Where you get your fish from, and how they handle them matters. My fish free packed securely, delivered on time, and acclimated beautifully. They are brilliant and active after only a day or 2 of shyness. Already placed a follow-up order.

I ordered 2 different kind of wrasse. I live in Virginia and was extremely nervous the fish would die before getting to my house. They came overnight as expected. Well packaged in a Styrofoam container with a heating pack. Both fish looked healthy and were quickly eating after arriving. Very pleased with my first online order.

Well I wanted to order a flame angel. so I did, next thing it kept adding an me extra flame angels. It did that twice, it added one extra then the second time it added two flame angels. Did not like that.

I've ordered for them multiple times because of the quality of their livestock and excellent packing/shipping. If my experience was based on the quality of their livestock, packing and shipping I would give them 5 stars. If I based only on their website and rewards program I would give them 1 or 2 stars. I seriously dislike their ads and website. For one their free shipping is never free. I consider packing part of shipping and there is always a packing charge. Why not be more honest, raise the spending level for free shipping and include packing. Also their is always an additional charge for overnight charge. Again, why not just raise the spending level for free shipping and make it free by including the overnight charge. I believe their rewards program is worthless. The amount of rewards per $ spent is insignificant and they restrict what you can spend it one. So, if you can't use, don't need or don't want one of the few rewards livestock or products then it is of no value. In these two areas of business their website is the worst of the ones I use.
