We cannot send text messages. I tried resubmitting and still do not get approved
This is the worst company ever. Their sales agent, Jonathan, pressured us into signing an agreement without informing us that we could add as many lines as we wanted but couldn't downgrade our package without paying an early termination fee. This feels like the biggest scam. My company only needs 6 lines, but we have 21 on our account, and there's no way to cancel or downgrade anything until our contract expires in October 2025or pay an early termination fees of $5000. I mean any sane person would go bad hearing this. Their customer service is atrocious. I'm convinced it's outsourced to the Philippines because they never return calls on time, and each agent gives different, unhelpful information without offering any real solutions. My business partner was deceived as these terms weren't explained clearly. Now it's clear why they rush you into signing a contract – it's all part of their scam. I strongly advise against signing up with them. We're preparing to file a lawsuit for fraud and will switch to a company that charges monthly and doesn't engage in these dirty practices.

I got a notice to update my credit card but every card I put in, your system said that my address was not a valid address. I tried about 10 times and with different cards. It's the same address I have been using the entire time and it is MY ACTUAL ADDRESS. I cannot afford to have my customers unable to reach me because your system is messed up.
Phone and text message quality is good. However, the service is really bad. I returned a physical phone without touching or using, and was deducted of 25% of the price on top of a service charge of $25 without any notice. After complaining, nobody contacted me and resolved the complaint.
RingCentral defrauded about the nature of the services offered in order to convince me not to cancel service. Would give 0 stars if that was an option and still considering filing suit against them.
We receive outstanding support from our account team. The product functions exceptionally well for our company and is more cost-effective than our previous cloud system.
We had a great experience with RingCentral. It offers excellent value for the price, and the user-friendly app makes it easy to use without requiring expert knowledge. We look forward to expanding our use of RingCentral soon.

Terrible customer support. It's impossible to get them on the phone to cancel the subscription. You can't easily cancel the subscription. No via chat or via email. Only via call. Terrible experience.
