Lots of drop calls, callers on the other end have a hard time hearing, apps on desktop are not consistent with one another (HUD is not accurate on the main desktop)

Horrifically bad customer service takes forever to validate account and then even longer to answer questions. I would spend a half hour on the phone to get no information. Overbuild Ilde our account couldn’t figure out how to correct it overall clueless service is not worth the cost canceled and moved to Verizon.

Ring Central is NOT a company you should do business with. (1) They lie about their services up front to get you to be a customer; (2) They get you to sign a contract that they say you can quit anytime, but make you stay in for a year; (3) If you stay with them, their support will ABSOLUTELY let you down (and possible cost you loff of money). AVOID THEM LIKE A BAD PLAGUE! We are a customer and very sorry we are!!! We will quit at the end of our year!!!

Got message about SMS registration, we we did, paid 26$, filled out your form, got rejection because we did not add company website into your form. But your form does not allow to enter webste! then we got another message to pay additionally 26$ for second registration. is it SCAM? We called, your customer service did not help, did not solve the problem! Instead your customer service offer to closed the account! So you did not need customers any more who paid you 600$ since 2014?

I can add extension freely on your app when i want to and get charger for it. But if I want to remove one I have to call and be on a hold for long time

We have been extremely happy with RingCentral. The applications have only improved over the years, and they're always adding valuable features to the app, website, settings, etc., so that we can further configure the product to work for our business. We always joke that we can "finagle" the system to work however we want, but it really is true. We rarely need to reach out to support, but when we do, they are very helpful and pleasant. The service has only gone down maybe once or twice in the 5 or so years we've been using them as our VOIP. We were lucky enough to have signed up well before COVID hit, which made converting to the WFH model exponentially less painful.

No major problems. My staff and I can see all messages and one or the other can respond. I know there are lots of uses but I just didn't get the time to explore. I would love to know how to use the fax but that on me. All I need to do is make a phone call.

I like the service and features, but their customer service is just impossible to get ahold of. I'm trying to make an adjustment to my account before my contract renews, and I've been on hold for over 2 hours, been told they would send me the changes via email. This is insane. It makes me rethink the using them further.
