I ordered paid and received most of my lovelly garden furniture, nearly a week ago. Upon unpacking , I found I had been delivered the wrong table. I rang to advise immediately, and even though my written order was correct, the computer said otherwise. So it was not their fault, and head office would get back to me in 15 mins. next day rang again, and advised someone would ring me back within hour. So 6 hours later rang head office and was advised oh yes, you have been delivered the wrong table, we shall ring you by tues 17th Apr to advise when delivering correct table. The 17th has come and gone, and no calls from Regatta. So will try again tomorrow for 4th time.!!!

Purchased a Kensington de Luxe’s furniture set. Excellent price, appears to be well made (10 Year guarantee). Delivery (2 weeks) much quicker than expected, by friendly and helpful driver and mate. Good product and great service.

Everything from ordering to delivery is brilliant. I love the outdoor furniture and it is fantastic quality. Can’t fault anything.
Would have been a much better experience if the actual store rang us to give us an am or pm delivery slot, the delivery drivers said that the store new they had deliveries in the morning the other side of London and would not have been to us am, we waited in from 8-4.30pm without any contact from store or drivers.
Excellent pre sales and also post sales as one cushion had a mark on it and this was no problem and easily exchanged. My personal experience was very good and in fact hope to order something else shortly .
