Very nice outdoor furniture set we purchased at Ideal Home Exhibition, with useful ice bucket insets in the table and coffee table. Our only reservation was that we were told it would not need any self-assembly, and ,although it was minimal, it was difficult to get the blue plastic protective coating off the metal strips at the bases of the chairs/sofa/ottoman.

Very pleased with the gazebo I ordered, it was fairly easy to put together , but you do need two people help I would use this again.

Ordered a fan with ten days delivery and it came within two day, excellent service

Lovely furniture would of given 5 stars but there is a pole missing from the umbrella so we are unable to use it which spoilt our Easter Bbq. Hope Regatta will resolve it soon.

Great service and very helpful when delivered

There was potentially a delay of a month but they sorted this out and sent the furniture straight away with different covers and sent the ones we wanted separately for free. The furniture is very good quality, we are very pleased with it.

Excellent display, easy access especially for those of us less abled. Bought a Kensington Rattean set not reviewed until now as it had been stored until garden room ready. Very pleased with furniture. The female staff member at the showroom just let's us wander and choose only intervening when we had questions. The delivery was almost to the minute and good blokes. Good experiences all round

I bought the rattan cube garden furniture at Springview Crews Hill and the gentleman who sold to us was so helpful with no pressure or rush. Delivered within few days, chairs were assembled already and easy to put the table together. Looks perfect in my garden and really comfortable. Thanks.

Good products, but I thought the delivery man would have unpacked and assembled the new furniture and disposed of the huge amount of hard cardboard packaging, unfortunately not. The dustman certainly would not take it. It took two trips (32 miles total) to the council refuse tip to dispose of, this did take the shine off our purchase, hence 4 stars. One other point, we bought the Kensington corner units which have a aluminum frame. Great for durability and very light weight, which is the problem. Any slight to moderate winds blows the units across the garden. I've now tie-rapped them together :)
