Very helpful staff and items were delivered on the day by two very helpful delivery men who were polite and courteous even though they had not been having the best of days.

We bought some garden furniture and pergola rom Regatta. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We will be shopping there again and I suggest that if you are looking for garden furniture yourself you go in and have a look round, you wont be disappointed. The delivery drive phoned to let us know he was on the way on arrival they carried all the furniture round to the patio and for me these guys were so friendly and a great pleasure to meet. The furniture is amazing and looks so good on the patio...the delivery was on time and was delivered with a smile Just looking forward to having nicer weather to be able to have all of our friends around to enjoy it!!
Ordered the Kensington two seat dining set at the ideal home show and was given a six to eight week delivery time have just received the furniture after waiting only three weeks so very pleased Had a phone call on the day of delivery to see if I would be in and another to say they were about half an hour away the guys delivering were very friendly and left the furniture were I asked All in all from start to finish very pleased with the service and quality of the furniture and would definitely recommend and buy from Regatta again

Bought our furniture at the Ideal Hole Exhibition and received really good service from start to finish. We bought a table and chairs set three years ago as well and have been really pleased with it so we’re pleased to see them there again. Excellent quality and easy to assemble. Delivered earlier than anticipated as well. Would really recommend.
