Very happy. Great service and paid what they offered, which many sites don't, once they have your phone. Will defo use again. My only negative is that the url in their emails takes you to a .com site which doesn't work, so make sure you go to the site at the .co.uk address.
Excellent service. Communication was kept with me from the moment this company received my mobile phone, throughout the testing of the mobile phone, and eventually, till giving me the final outcome and informing about the transfer of the amount promised to me originally. That level of communication made me feel completely re-assured. I will definitely use them again.

I WISH I HAD LISTENED TO THE BAD REVIEWS INSTEAD OF THE GOOD ONES AS THEY ARE PROBABLY WRITTEN BY THEMSELVES .PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM I GAVE THEM MY PHONE AND MY WIFES FOR WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A LOW PRICE TOO BEGIN WITH BUT I WENT AHEAD JUST TOO GET RID OF THEM AND AFTER THEY RECIEVED THEM THEY OFFERED US A PRICE FOR THEM AT A FRACTION OF WHAT THEY OFFERED CLAIMING THEY WERE SCRATCHED AND DAMAGED AND 1 OF THEM NOT WORKING WHICH WAS FUNNY AS WE HAD BEEN USING THEM THE DAY BEFORE WE SENT THEM AND CHECKED THEM OVER AND WERE IN GOOD CONDITION. WAS GOING TO ASK THEM TO RETURN THEM AND TRY ANOTHER COMPANY THEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE A £10 CHARGE EACH TO RETURN THEM. I SAID TOO MY WIFE THEY PROBABLY WONT COME BACK IN THE CONDITION WE SENT THEM SO WE ACCEPTED THE PRICE RELUCTANTLY BUT THATS WHAT THEY WERE PROBABLY WANTING TO HAPPEN ALL ALONG. SO PLEASE LISTEN DONT USE THEM BEWARE

DO NOT USE! Wanted to rate minus 10 stars. Prices quoted are a load of rubbish & they then make up problems with your phone that didn't exist before you sent it to them! Sent my phone off to them last Monday having been quoted a sell price of £275, paid over £7 for special delivery so it was with them the next day. Had an email confirming they'd received it that next day & were starting testing at 11.15am & that I ‘would receive updates during the process & payment within 24 hours of testing’. No further communications by lunchtime the following day, I called & was given a very vague response, "oh they must still be testing, ooh can't say off the top of my head when you'll hear back, maybe await an email around 5pm today". Emailed them to ask for an update. Finally get a response quoting only £140 & telling me my phone has 'a crack in the LCD screen' - NO it had a small chip in one corner of the front screen WHICH DID NOT AFFECT THE PHONE WORKING & besides there was NO option on the online order form which asked if there was any PHYSICAL damage to the phone. By the way several other phone traders now don’t lower the value of their quotes for scratched or scuffed phones so Rapid are clearly behind the times there… They also say there is a fault in the microphone & earpiece distortion. Well those were news to me!!! And then after the disappointment of the lower quote they make you pay £10 to have them return the phone. Then you get your phone back, praying that it's in the condition you sent it in & it comes back with a big ugly sticker on the back that you know is going to be a b*tch to remove. Have always used Mazuma mobile for previous phones & never had any such issues - I now know not to go elsewhere, they are super fast & reliable. Rapid Phone Buyer cannot be trusted. Do not waste your time or money. Thanks for nothing but unnecessary stress to a pregnant lady Rapid Phone Buyer!

Absolute scammers. They gave me a price for my mobile which is in mint condition and absolutely nothing wrong with it and then sent me second email to say the price they offer is £60 lower then the one they offered previously because something was wrong with the screen of the phone. Joke of a company. Avoid at all costs.

Quick efficient and no problems
I usually use Mazuma or Envirophone to sell my old phone. However, Rapid Phone Buyer offered the best price. My sales pack arrived and I put my phone into the bubble wrap envelope provided, then into a box. I paid for special delivery and popped in the post. I was surprised to get an email advising that my phone was very badly scratched and reduced the price by £100. My phone has been in a case from day one and does not have a mark on it. I sent an email of complaint to which I have received no reply. I asked to have my phone returned and I have subsequently sold it to Mazuma, received full price, no issues.
