Don't know who they think they are robbing people of there mobiles ,they don't send payment or return phones and don't answer phone or email. This company also trade as computer and phone repairs should be rip of merchants ,still waiting for payment or return of phone since last October. Please be very careful don't trust these companies.
Sent my phone to them, they claimed it was broken so I asked to be returned. Never received my phone back. Scammers, avoid!!!
Shame there is no "no star" rating ... I sent my phone two weeks ago registered postage. Package was signed for but no payment has reached me. Emails go unanswered and the phone number listed rings out without being picked up and no answering service. Dont use this company

Tried to give this lot no stars! Phone in perfect condition sent in October, with offer of £41 to be remitted within 24 hrs after testing. Despite several e mails and calls, I've received nothing. I've reported them to Trading Standards. Don't touch with a bargepole!!!
Worst company ever I sent in my Samsung s10 plus in excellent condition and had been quoted £330 only to get a message saying the phone was broken and they had reduced the price. I tried to call them and email them as I had proof that there was no damaged on the phone due to taking pictures of the condition. They returned the phone but not even tried to reply to my email or give me an explanation on how the damage happened. Worst company i have ever dealt with. If I could score no starts I would. I am now in the process of getting this company investigated.
Was quoted £30 for my phone which I sent off and it was immaculate condition and they took £8 off the price. Very un happy with service.
