They did exactly as promised and kept me informed throughout the process. Very impressed.
Quick and concise emails with clear instructions as to how to recycle your old phone. Great service.
Excellent service.
No complaints quick professional service
Sent my iPhone in and very quick to asses the phone. Payment was delivered 1 hour after they sent it so brilliant service. Did use another site and offered rubbish money but rapid phone buyer is now my number1 to go to. Awesome.
Simple, quick, efficient and no issues 😀
First time I have used them very satisfied very prompt service emails to keep me informed of progress wish all companies were as good
Very quick with all correspondence and payment
Quick, efficient and gave me the best offer out of all the companies I looked at
Awful company. Sent phone off 3 weeks ago and no response. Their phone line is dead and doesn't ring,I emailed them about a week ago and no response as yet. Think the offer you the most for your phone with no intention of paying you that amount if anything. Avoid at all cost
Don't. Just don't. You WILL regret it. Did their online quote exceed all other people's offers? Did their easy postage options and guaranteed same day payment draw you in? Did it feel too good to be true? Well, unsurprisingly, it is... This company is awful, their quote process is a joke, and their entire business model is predicated on winning your business with disingenuous quotes which they will utterly renege on at the earliest opportunity. I sent them a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Fully working, no cracks on screen, no dead pixels, very minor wear and tear (completely within the normal bounds for a 2 yr old phone). Despite meeting all the requirements for 'working' devices as outlined on their website (make sure you read all those terms and conditions, again, don't believe their quote), I was offered £70 instead of the quoted £166. A 10-second call to complain at this drastic drop led to an immediate £10 increase to try to placate me - this, however, only further highlighted their completely fabricated undervaluation as it was clearly an arbitrary increase based on nothing. Look online for people selling your phone, look how much they're charging, I GUARANTEE they will be asking £50 or more than what these jokers offer you, and those phones are oftentimes in far worse working order than your own. Accept the minor inconvenience of posting your own ad and selling your device privately. Please don't give them your business. Don't just accept their undervaluation because you can't be bothered with the returns process. Avoid these charlatans at all costs and help drive them to adopt some sense of credibility in their business dealings for the future.
Excellent, highly recommended 👍
Where do I start. A terribly slow process, 'rapid' is such an ironic name for the company. From confirming my quote to receiving a revised quote it has taken 9 days. They received my phone on the Monday and it has taken till the following Wednesday evening to revise my quote. From sending off my phone it has taken a week. My phone is fairly broken, big cracked screen but still fully operational and had been for the year or two I had the phone for (managed to crack the screen within the first month!) I was very honest about this, and the quote as a result was about 83 pounds. They received the phone and have since reduced that to 65, because of, 'Spots and paint removed from the housing,' I literally said that the phone was 'broken,' the quote you offered me was because of that!! I also do not recall any significant paint being removed but need to check against my photos that I took before I sent the phone off. It also does not state anywhere under their terms and condition about spots and paint effecting the price quote of a 'faulty' phone. '3.2 If you have told us that the Device is faulty you warrant that the Device will: Not have missing components such as camera, LCD etc. Not have any liquid or water damage Not have previous repair attempts Be intact and not crushed, broken in half or bent in any way Be original with no fake components Have all iCloud, Samsung and Google accounts removed Be unlocked or on a UK network only Must not be beyond economical repair' Not only this but I was offered 70 pounds in store at carphone warehouse as it was at the time of my upgrade, about a week prior. So why a company that literally buys old phones in this condition cannot beat a high street retailers price I do not know! All in all I get the feeling they do their best to get hold of your phone by giving a very decent offer, then make it as protracted a process as possible to ensure that you feel almost obliged to just take any money they offer after their 'inspection,' because it has taken so long.
Rubbish service. I have had no updates yet and i sent my phone over a week ago. Tried calling the number over 10 times today, no answer and no answer to my emails. Will never use this company again!
