Poor experience. Told me that my phone was more broken than it was as so offered me less (it was wrapped very carefully and returned in original box - only issue was the charging port not working which was declared when I sent it in). Then when sending it back, sent to the wrong address. Was returned to them by neighbour and now is missing. Customer service are not responding to me and ignoring all emails, including requests on how to escalate the issue. Might as well have thrown the phone out of the window.

There are several companies out there providing the same service. I have used others in the past, without problems, and greed got the better of me this time so I tried this one. The offer was for GBP44.00. The Samsung phone, not used heavily, set on a 5-minute automatic time-out, was used from new for less than two years. I am a very light user of a mobile phone (it's my inclination and typical of my generation). Their email response after 'testing the phone' was headed, "there is a Problem": "Defective LCD- High level of image burn, Deep scratches on the LCD, Discolouration on the back cover TB-B" I've no idea what discolouration there can be on a BLACK phone, nor do I know what is meant by TB-B. There were no deep scratches. Image burn? Is that a stock reply to reduce the initial high offer price? Their system then allows two options only: reject the considerably lower offer (in this case, 43%) or accept. I would have preferred to have been given the option to ask for clearer explanations and justification of the greatly reduced offer. It would be fair to offer the customer the right to discuss via the same email procedures. I accepted the lower offer and decided to write this review to suggest you do not use this company. Addendum 8 Nov in response to the company's request: When original posts are submitted about this 'company' there is an option to provide the reference, which I did. Here it is again: 3220498

Communication has been minimal during this transaction, however a very friendly gentlemen called today to explain that they have been having certain problems with external factors they couldn't control. I appreciated the way that this was handled in the end. Payment was received very promptly after our conversation on the condition of the device. Again, decent service in the end, could have been quicker but problems happen; i would just suggest more communication if possible to keep customers in the loop. Thank you

These Shysters offer the best price for working phones, then come up with false claims of "severe screenburn" and "severe scratch on screen". The phone was perfect when sent. Then they had the balls to say they would charge an admin fee if I wasn`t happy with there lower offer. Don`t use this lot, they`re crooks

Sold a damaged mobile two months ago - payment received next day with no issues. Sent a further three mobiles that have been cluttering up a drawer at home, which were delivered and signed for over three weeks ago - website updated to say they were being processed. Since then, no update in my account, no response to numerous emails and no payment! Will be seeking advice from my solicitor/police on my day off tomorrow.

BEWARE !!! This company offered the best price originally. I sent my S6 32gb off with a promise of £101. Then I received an email telling me the screen had a high level of image burn and that the offer had been reduced to £45. I got them to send my phone back and then went to another well known company who gave me £86. And was told by them that there was no screen burn at all.

Fantastic company, sent my phone to them in the postage pack they supplied and within 2 days they had agreed the price and condition of my phone and within 24hrs the money was in my account. Thoroughly recommend this site and will certainly use them again in the future.

Highest up front offer to attract in £101.Swift service. Offered £45 after testing. Said screen burn but absolutely pristine screen always protected by glass screen and no image burn visible. Minor pitting on one corner of rim. So I don't feel this was a reasonable offer and I suspect the business model is to offer high at first then very low and rely on people's inertia.
