I sent off my phone in good faith declaring it had a smashed screen. When it was received by Rapid Phone Buyer they emailed me offering me a lower price than originally quoted. I asked for photo evidence of the damage they were stating and despite further emails to them I have had no reply. I have today tried to call them and the telephone number on their website is unavailable. They still have my iphone and I have received no payment. I wouldn't recommend this company and feel I have been scammed. I intend to take further action.

Sent Samsung s7 off quoted £124 they put it down to £50 claiming image burn. Then sent an email saying the money was transferred no sign of it in my bank tried calling phone doesn't ring and sent 3 emails no replies. DO NOT USE
Good ratings on Trust Pilot so pristine phone sent with all accessories and box. Full price paid but cheque bounced and am now without the phone or the money. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
Sent an Samsung S7 into Rapid Phone Buyer on the back of Money Saving Expert reviews. Phone was pristine but they said it had screen burn, so reduced the price. This seems common from reading reviews on this site. I do wonder if they advertise high prices to get you to use them, then make some excuse after so called testing. Worse to come as cheque was sent then subsequently stopped, no answer to telephone. I now have no phone or money!
Has the company gone bust
They had my phone which was excellent condition, approx 5 days later had an email saying it was scratched and chipped and spots on case, I called and complained and spoke to some very rude person claiming to be a manager who admitted the phone was in excellent condition but something wrong with LCD so basically lie after lie, the manager told me I shouldn't raise my voice to him as he was a manager so am I and you are no manager he also called me sweetheart which as any good manager will know this is very unprofessional. I strongly advise never to use you could send an uopened brand new phone and they would say something wrong with it they are scammers.
