I sent my Samsung S6 for sale for £85 in its original box. Before it left me I took a video of it from all angles switched both on and off and a photograph of the IMEI number. Lo and behold it was defective and I quote ' Defective LCD- Delamination (top Left), heavily scratched & slight image burn [TB-G]' so the value had plummeted to less than half at £40. Well I always use a screen protector. I declined the offer and am waiting for my phone to come back - well if it is heavily scratched will it be mine?? Anyway, I emailed for an explanation before I posted this review but haven't received a reply so for the lack of courtesy it's a -1.
