I had problem with a tank transmiter, it was not well sealed and wather came in, damaging the electronic circuit. So, it stoped working. I had to by a new one.

I have had this system for approx.8 years on a cistern with a very heavy lid and it had worked flawlessly until I had a outside unit go bad, (leaking batteries fried the circuit board), and had to replace it. We had some issues getting the new outside unit to connect to the inside unit but Curtis took care of the issue by replacing both units with new connected units. Now it's working flawlessly again. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a easy way to monitor their cistern level.

I recently ordered a Grundfos SBA pump from Rainharvest Systems to use to supply water from a cistern to a house. Great service from Rainharvest. Quick shipping. The pump works as advertised.

I was in search of some very large tanks for collecting rain water. After a long search, I came upon RainHarvest Systems. Immediately I found the sizes that I needed and called their customer service number. Mark was extremely helpful and we got the tanks and pump ordered. Even with shipping these large tanks, the prices were very tough to beat. And, to be able to get all of the components from one place was very helpful. I would definitely buy from them again.
