Excellent company, saved me lots of money on a 2500 gallon storage tank. Found a number of other suppliers who had better prices on a similar tank but their pricing was a bait and switch once freight shipping was included.

Rain Harvest Systems is timely with response and delivery and knowledgeable about rainwater harvesting products. I am an installer in Texas and I know I turn to Rain Harvest Systems with any question I may have about product application in the installation. The rain barrel was exactly as described and pictured. Easy installation, works great!

I have two other rain barrels which have a bigger area for the rain to fall into and it works better. The green barrel I purchased from you does fit snug up against the brick wall, but the opening for rain collection is much too small! I would increase the opening by at least twice the area. Just my own opinion of someone who already owned two other rain barrels.

The drainage cells I ordered were shipped promptly and were delivered earlier than expected. The product was as described, and I am very happy with my order. I only needed a very small amount for a project I was working on, and I was happy to not have to order a large quantity. That means that whether you're an individual with small needs or a company with large needs, these folks can help. Also, there was a problem with my delivery (USPS was at fault), and when I reached out to the company, the rep was very responsive and immediately offered to help me find my package. Thankfully, it was on my doorstep the next morning.

I ordered 4 and installation was different for each location. There are no mounting ears of any kind, so I generally had to drill through the plastic to adequately secure the system. Thus far, they have filtered out cedar needles that have caused me problems with other filter systems.

We are not happy with the quality and performance. The unit rarely works. It reads 100% more often than not. The measurement varies based on the time of day. IE- reads higher in the morning than it did the night before. The decal on the display was not glued sufficiently to the plastic case. I had to super glue it back on.

The tank arrived "intact" but it looked like it had been through WW III when it got to my house. I should have just driven to Georgia to pick it up. It would have been 6 hours of driving but would have been worth it. The people at RainHarvenst systems were very accommodating. The quality of the water gauge is quite impressive and it has all the features to enable me know the water level inside the poly-tank. without it knowing the amount of water remaining can be quite challenging and on that note it will save time and energy climbing up the tank every time to check.
