No other source for a Mozzie stoppa! The outflow screen on rain barrels has to be removed since it clogs easily leading to uncontrolled overflow. A Mozzie Stoppa is then required control mosquitoes.

Great help with quote and answering questions on the phone during installation. However, the barb fitting for the pickup line was too large for the connection on the tank requiring a 60 mile round trip back to town to pick up a $1.59 barb connection.

The annenna is not long enough to accurately read the water level in the tank. The signal seems to bounce off the sides and can read the water level so the system gives us different readings such as full or empty.

I had a problem with a shipment and they took care of it right away. Actually, it wasn't their fault, the manufacturer had left something out of the box. Also, very helpful with questions.

After receiving four post/wall first flush diverter units, the first issue I had was the small-parts bags were all sliced open and the contents spilled loose in the larger box. I was able to sort out all the pieces but came up one spacer ring short. And one of the major components, a large end cap was cracked. I called the company and the pieces were sent in short order. The next issue concerns the spacer rings that hold the primary screens in position at the outlet end of the diverter. This ring is ill-fitting and awkward to install. Closing the bottom of the diverter requires attempting to center and stack the spacer ring and the primary filter on top of each other in the threaded end cap and then inserting all this into the threaded socket end hoping everything stays in line and centered so the filter and ring fit inside the threaded socket. The best solution to this problem would be to mold the spacer ring onto the bottom of the primary screen with a lip or detent that registers it in the center of the threaded end cap. The third issue concerns the assembly of the outlet end. The paperwork that comes with the post/wall mounted diverter kits make reference to the "attached 'Water Discharge Valve Assembly' drawing" which IS NOT attached or included. Fortunately, in my case, one of the four diverter kits was sent with paperwork for the In-Ground diverter installation (all the same pieces, just different paperwork) which DID include the Water Discharge Valve Assembly drawing. One other concern I have is the relative light weight of the upper pipe bracket. This narrow band of metal is sized for only small screws to hold it to the wall. Given that this system is designed for 12" schedule 40 PVC pipe (each foot of pipe weighing 10.3 lbs. plus almost 50 lbs. for the 6 gallons of water it will hold), my 3.5 foot diverters will weigh over 210 lbs. when full of water. Will these two screws, even long enough to go through the siding, sheathing and blocking between the studs, keep this 210+ lbs. from tipping away from the wall? Why couldn't this upper bracket be made with a back piece to lag screw into solid wood or extra blocking like the bottom bracket with a front piece that clips or fastens to the back piece after the diverter assembly is held in place?

Purchased all my rainwater system filtration equipment from RainHarvest Systems. The purchase was seamless online, but when I had a product defect I was able to reach an actual person who made it right. That customer service is why I keep coming back.

The only reason I am not giving the 5 stars is because I have had to order a replacement for one of the first flush kits I installed earlier in the year. I was unaware that I needed to open up the bottom to prevent the first flush PVC reservoir pipe from shattering during a hard freeze. There were no hints about winterizing the system. I didn't realize the tube would not drain fast enough to prevent shattering – it just didn't occur to me that it would take a few days to drain the melted snow coming off of my roof. Most of the yearly precipitation happens in the winter where I live; this is a particularly cold, wet year.
