I have now installed 4 of the rain collectors in my yard. Due to the good rains the last few weeks here in California, they are completely full. The removable top makes it much easier to access water with a bucket if needed and for removing unwanted objects. The flow out of the spigots is fast for filling a bucket. A threaded end would have been nice so a hose could be attached. Hope to keep plants watered when dry season begins later this year.

We had a great experience with rainHarvest. They were on time, on budget, and built us a great rain collection system. If I had any more roofs I'd have em out again!

After being told by their ordering system that my credit card did not go through, I entered info again and got the same message. After calling them and speaking with a representative, he said the first two attempts did not go through and he took my credit card info again. As it turned out, I was charged 3 times for this one item after being assured by their rep that I would only be charged once. Was not happy with this simple order.

We bought the 1550 gallon tank to hole rainwater we collect for our garden. We bought online black friday & got a killer deal of $535 and we were able to avoid shipping by picking the tank up ourselves about 50 miles from our home. I was greatly surprised at the circumference of the tank. It was a challenge to get it tied down but the guys at the factory came out & gave polite suggestions. Now that it is home, it blends well in the woodsy area on the high part of our property. I would definitely buy again from this company as they were courteous & helpful every step of the way & the tank is sturdy & appealing.

We spent a ton of time on the phone with the guys learning what components to purchase and have now installed the water catchment portion of our system. Our plumber was a little unsure on the details for the pump and such and Curtis was able to provide diagrams. I love that they are willing to talk on the phone and walk you through any concerns so I know my plumber will be able to get everything he needs to do the interior installation. Mark in Sales is fantastic. Fun, helpful, available. You will love the water independence these guys can help you achieve.

The unit is solid and fits per specs. The delivery was a bit involved since I'm used to Amazon, but I was prepped by RainHarvest ahead of time, and the details were worked out just fine with the transport company.

My order was processed quickly and arrived quickly and 100% correct. A week after I got it I noticed one plastic fitting was slightly damaged. Customer service got a replacement to me immediately, no fuss. I would definitely do business with these people again. Good job RainHarvest!!
