Excellent service, excellent product. I bought a 1/2 hp pressure pump that works flawlessly for irrigation from my rainwater harvesting tank. One thing I really appreciated was the video that showed the unit being hooked up and operating. It helped to see it before I bought it.

I called to order a new 3000 gallon water tank. The model I wanted was not immediately available, and I was told it would take 3 weeks to manufacture and ship out. I was also told that they would try to arrange for a smaller truck to deliver to our home, which is located in the hills of Malibu on a smaller road. Much to my pleasant surprise, RainHarrvest located a tank, similar to the one I ordered, up in Fresno. The tank became available, and they arranged for a flatbed truck to deliver to my home, just a week after I ordered it!! The tank arrived safely and in good condition, we helped unload it, and it is now going to be installed this Friday. I am very happy with all excellent service I received.

My order arrived faster than expected and well packaged. Product is well designed and seem solid and well built. I painted them to match the house and installed. They look good and seems to work excellent. I'll have to wait for their first Oregon Coast winter for the final test, but I am very happy with these downspout traps.

I was amazed by this company. I purchased a pump controller from them a year ago. It developed a small leak and I called to ask their advice about it. They immediately sent me a new pressure gauge assembly that worked perfectly! They did't need proof of purchase, they didn't suggest I replace the o-ring, they just overnight- expressed a new part, with no charge! How very unusual!

The first flush system I ordered arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. There was an extra part in the bag that confused me; couldn't figure out where to attach it. After the first good rain the diverter was full and slowly draining (as expected) and my rain barrel was full. Works great!

I found things at Rain Harvest that I could not find at Lowes or Home Depot. The pricing was reasonable and I received my order promptly. I will start at Rain Harvest first for my next order for my rain water harvesting system.
