When first contacting RainHarvest, I received a price quote, and searched around for a competitive price. I found them to be the most economical price, so i called the Rep again and found i could obtain the tank I wanted manufactured in my area. I asked if I might pick up the tank myself and my rep Jeff Fuller made those arrangements for me. From start to finish of inquiring about a rain water tank to picking it up in Faifield, Texas, I found every interface both professional and pleasant. We have a rain harvesting system that was installed by a contractor. I needed to modify the system post-installation and needed just a few small parts from RainHarvest. Just finished second install on our horse property...first a 1700-gallon GRAF tank collecting water from metal barn roof. Horses haven't had a drop of well water since that went in a couple years ago. Just put in a 1000-gallon for washing the horses. I went back and forth on design with this and Mark Petree was most helpful and accommodating. Shipping was reasonable and the products themselves are outstanding. I would and have recommended RainHarvest and their fine team and great product choices without hesitation.
