Product came damaged. Pictures were sent of product and how it came within 14 minutes of my receiving and opening the box. This is the second one I have owned and like the product very much when it is not shipped damaged. Eventually replacement product was shipped to me. This product does work very well, can use 1 or 2 hoses to pull water off to your cistern. Very easy to remove upper screen to shake off debris once in a while. We use it on a 1200 gallon cistern.
This my 5th one purchased in the past 9 years. They no longer divert the water as advertised after one season use. I glue them shut to make them last a 2nd season. Seems a design or material selection problem that could be addressed, if known. Otherwise orders/shipments taken/received in a timely manner
