RainHarvest has a fantastic online shopping experience. Their website is user-friendly and their products are well-explained. I've received both of my orders promptly.

After looking at numerous You Tubes videos and researching different sites IRT collection of rain water I came the across RainHarvest site. I opted for two of the Global Plastics 1500 gallon underground storage tanks, the 1.25 h.p. 115 v submersible pump, and the Graf Optimax rainwater filter bundle. Every singe time I called I got to talk with a knowledgeable person who had answers to every question I put to them. The hardest thing to do was finding someone who had any idea of installing such a system. I ended up calling my Brother who ended up driving 2400+ miles to help get the system up and running. I live in the mountains on a well and this 3000 gallon system gives me piece of mind knowing that if fires get close to my property, I have a viable system to keep the fire at bay. It’s also nice not to use the well to water the garden, of wash the car. All in all, I am very pleased with the system.

The tank level indicator seems like it will work great. Hopefully I have it calibrated enough that I am getting a somewhat correct reading. Followed the instructions. I received a very nice email from the gentleman in charge of my order, who indicated that I could contact him with any questions or problems.

We called to order our filters and UV light. Mark answered the phone, found last year’s order and got it delivered within two days at CHRISTMAS!! Amazing. Thank you!!

The cover filter setup we ordered got here fast and fit nicely on our large collection tank. The cover that goes over the filter screen was easy to cut to fit the gutter inside. We like this setup much better than just having a filter with no cover, so we'll replace others with this cover setup.

I had a filter system arrive damaged and RainHarvest immediately shipped me the parts to fix it. Their service was top notch and timely. The product is very nice and high quality as well.
