This system is well thought out, and pretty straightforward to assemble and install. The only slight modification I had to make was the discharge port, but it wasn’t a big deal. The pump that came with the unit seems top notch. It’s whisper quiet and moves a serious amount of water quickly. An easy an effective way to recycle water to use for irrigation.

Great prices on the rain harvesting parts I needed and I received all of the items that were ordered very quickly. The items were shipped all together in one box and were very well protected in lots of bubble wrap.

Filters more . Installs easily. Like this better than others since water does not splash off the grid(No grid, just screen) and it filters out the maple tree seeds that others will not. Even most of the composite roofing fine pebbles are filtered.

I originally received a damaged Berkey, but Curtis the manager made sure I received a new one even though stock was very low.

I just recently discovered this company while looking for a water filter that was difficult to find elsewhere. What a gem I found. After finding out the other products that they offer I will be a repeat customer, already have been!

I recieved my 2 tanks earlier than expected. I'm pleased with the tanks (they are very well made). Hope to get many years of service from them.

I was disappointed it took 4 months to get my Berkey filter system. Other Berkey dealers had them after everyone couldn't get them. My package did not include an instruction booklet. There was no testing red dye included which other companies sent out. I will get my supplies elsewhere in the future.

These folks did a nice job of handling my order even thought the Covid-19 virus turned the world upside down during the same time period. In fact, the Covid related fear prompted us to finally get off our duff's and place an order!

We had quite a backorder. But we were told about that and still wanted to wait for our delivery. Unfortunately, though, the Berkey was shipped to the wrong address and is now in Florida while we are in New Hampshire. A young lady called me when she got my email and admitted to the mistake humbly. So, mistakes happen. I can't give a review on the product (yet), but was very impressed with the follow up regarding the delivery problem. I would order from your company again simply because of that phonecall.

Easy to use website and ordering

Item was just what I was looking for. Would have given a five start review if unit included a close off caps for bottom of unit whenclosing for the winter.
