Rain Harvest is a serious company, with certain regulations to protect the buyer in case the carriers abuse the items delivered. If damaged, after inspection, the customer is not supposed to sign the delivery papers. I purchased a 137 gallon rain barrel, actually it looks like rectangular tank, which is perfect for me since that is what I was after: a tank to store water for the dry winter season in Florida. Recommended.

I purchased a water tank wireless level monitor from RainHarvest. They were responsive to my pre-purchase questions, giving me sufficient confidence to order the product. It arrived within a reasonable time period and tracking was accurate. Although I had some difficulty getting the monitor set up and working correctly, RainHarvest was again responsive to my request for help. Overall, the service from RainHarvest was excellent.

I have intended to call but haven't done it to let your company know what I received in the shipment. The UPS delivery was prompt, but I was not happy with the condition of the items that were sent by your company. Both items in the shipment were damaged, either by the person packaging the order or in the shipping process. Since the shipping box had little or no damage in the area of the damage to the parts, i am thinking that the damage was caused by your package loading area personnel. I was able to alter/repair the slight damage to the Big Blue 20" Filter Housing "O" ring lip and install the "O" ring successfully and install the housing into my system (my old housing was cracked and leaking). The black "cap" must have been dropped or struck because the Pressure Relief Button was damaged and askew in its hole in the housing and the screw that holds the button in place was badly bent??? With little or no damage to the box in which they were shipped, it is fairly obvious that the damage was incurred before or during the time of packaging. I should have taken pictures with my I-Phone to document the damage, but I needed to get the replacement Filter Housing repaired (luckily) and replace the one on my system that was cracked and leaking. I realize that with no documentation I have no recourse, which I have no intention of seeking, but I did need to let your company know of some possible flaw in your handling or packaging process that you need to address. ....However, we do not know when the damage occurred.
