Great specialized products and service. Sparking of service, Dan Peters was very responsive and informative as my customer service rep. He gave me plenty of options for delivery when one of my ordered items was out of stock. Furthermore, he seemed to have a certain amount of expertise in rainwater catchment which is reassuring. Shipping speed was better than average and packaging of my items was well done. I would definitely buy from again.

I ordered the wrong parts. I called RainHarvest customer service and was given a solution to avoid shipping the items back to RainHarvest that only cost me $5. RainHarvest could have easily had me ship the products back at my expense but came up with an easy fix that saved me time and money.

All needed items in stock and delivered in timely manner. I had some technical questions but all supporters were unavailable. However, I left message and received callback later that day. Even though it was 5pm or maybe a little after, he stayed on the phone and thoroughly answered all my questions. Good job guys !

Wonderful experience. My Sterilight bulb and Quartz sleeve broke in transit. When I opened the package and discovered the damage, I took pictures and e-mailed the company. Dan Peters was awesome - he responded promptly and told me he was shipping a replacement set and thanked me for the pictures to help them file a claim with the carrier. He followed up with me and let me know when my replacement was shipped and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use RainHarvest Systems again next year when it is time to replace the bulb and sleeve. Thanks to Dan and the company for great customer service and support!

I am very happy to have nice fresh clean drinking water. Love my Berkey. I use the water for drinking, food, drinks and for my pets. Product is well made, but it is so sealed between the two canisters that the water does not flow well. My daughter said that with hers she uses a zip tie in-between the two canisters. I put one in mine, and now, it flows out great. Sad that you have to use a zip tie after spending over 300.00 dollars, but it works and the taste of the water makes it worth buying!

The Leaf Eater Advanced that I ordered did not have the downspout that I thought it was going to have. I thought it was universal and would fit both round and rectangular downspouts. When I called a replacement adapter Curtis got one in the mail that same day. He was very helpful, thank you Curtis.
