Dan was very helpful and assisted us when finances were an issue for shipping. Our last order was significantly delayed. One item was supposed to be in in a week and we got it close to a month later. As it turned out, we were in a drought and did not have any rain in the meantime so didn’t miss it.

Placed Two orders with this company other than the USPS dropping the ball these guys are awesome they get you order out fast. They were more than helpful on the phone with providing the information I needed so I can order what I needed. Highly recommend these guys.

This is a great Product. There are a few things missing to make it a 5*. 1) they should include a small section of tube, 2” that fits between the ball fang and the T so that the ball blocks the water correctly. I cut a section for this. 2) There should be an attachment provided to interface the PVC to the 2.75”x2.75” aluminum drain piping. I struggle to find a solution for this fitting. Shipping: shipping to Canada is expensive. UPS charged us 41$ additional brokerage fee. I wish they shipped it USPS.

The product is wonderful. With a rainfall of just over 1/2 inch - it filled the 134 gallon barrel. Just what we need as we have a well which is not good for our plants and vegetables. It was great speaking with the rep (Dan) via chat and on the phone as we wanted a spigot with threads so we were able to order that. We did have one problem (which was our doing) and it took 3 days to finally touch base with someone. That was disappointing. The only other recommendation is to include instructions on placement of the spigot. That was our problem - we placed it too low on the barrel and then there was not enough room to thread the spigot. Thank you!

My experience with this company and the products they offer is on a very high level! The service and support I must say can be an example for many other organizations that service costumers. The products I bought to compliment my rain harvesting project, 24/7 show there high value of function and items well designed to manage rain water as advertised! I am very glad to have find this manufacturer Rain harvest and each time I order, I receive good service, prompt attention when one or more items are on back order, and shipment delivered on time! Believe me, your first order, won’t be your last!

The ordering process was simple. Delivery of products was very fast. Follow-up courtesy contact was nice too. I will go here first for all future purchases

Rainnharvest was upfront and contacted me personally to update me on the availability and late shipment of the Berkey system I had ordered. Due to the pandemic, my system was manufactured and shipped much later than expected. They phoned me to let me know and offered to cancel my order (I didn’t cancel). They contacted me 2 more times to update me as to when I would receive it. It arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. Thank you Rain Harvest!
