Because of the government shut down of the economy there were delays in shipping. However, email updates and questions sent via email were promptly addressed to keep us in the loop.

My only complaint was that my order was not shipped for 3 months and I had to call to get an update. But when I spoke to a representative they were honest and courteous About the situation.

Item arrived after delays due to world wide pandemic and product shortages (run on berkey water filtration systems). I received email alerting to the delays and the option to cancel order. I allowed order to complete and eventually the unit arrived in good condition as ordered. Can not fault RainHarvest for the delays, everywhere I tried to order they were out of stock at the time. Satisfied overall.

I have ordered from Rain Harvest several times now and always had a positive experience. They are a very good honest company with good prices, huge selection, and fast shipping. Also, great communication about the status of your order.

Customer sales service was awesome, prompt and courteous. Tried to contact the engineering department a number of times on installation suggestions, and they never got back with me. Engineer in department got back to me one time, but when I called for additional questions no one ever returned my call. Had to figure it out myself.

Rain Harvest had a good selection of water collection products. After my order I didn't receive any conformation email, yet my account was debited. After a few days of no communication I emailed to ask about my order and received no response. I then called to find out what was happening. I was told that they were waiting for one part to come in and it should be sent out within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks and still no communication, I called again and was told the item didn't come in and would have to wait another few weeks. Eventually the order arrived, I have yet to try out the products but the customer service was found wanting. The people on the phone were friendly, but the customer shouldn't have to keep following up with an order. The company should notify the customer if an order isn't going to be fulfilled in time, and give regular updates. It took 6 1/2 weeks from order time to arrival with no communication from the company or conformation email.

System works as described. Too early to determine effectiveness of ability to divert and separate the initial roof contaminants, Simple to install, although the directions and diagrams were somewhat confusing. Biggest disappointment was learning the length of the diverter "tail" needed to adequately provide the "first flush". For example, a 24'x40' roof in a polluted area would require 74' of 4" PVC to divert. That amount seems impractical in most residential areas.
