After Brexit problems with customs, Presto Music is again a fantastic choice for music lovers. Especially the possibility you have, when you buy a CD, to have it in your digital library. So even though it takes some time to receive your CD, you have the content at once in your library and so on more formats than just one. Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a record which was listed as available, only to be told "We have been notified by our supplier that your item is unexpectedly out of stock." After a month of pestering them for a refund (and only receiving excuses and apologies in response a week after) two days ago they finally emailed saying my refund would be in my bank in the next 5-7 working days. Everyone understands christmas/new years is a busy time of year, but for godssake be transparent with your customers and tell them when an item is out of stock!

I am nearly 70 and have loved music for most of those. Buying music has changed... whilst I still love to handle the physical (now CD) I also appreciate the immediacy of downloading and accessing a library otherwise not available..... Hey Presto! Recently bought Etta James Live in San Francisco what a gem.

Presto are pretty much unique in the music retail business - they sell CDs, scores and books about music, basically classical music. They have a huge catalogue in each, and are themselves musicians, so have tastes and opinions which add spice to the site. One thing that is unique is that they offer all their catalogue of recordings as downloads as well as on CD/vinyl, both as mp3s and in flac format. They are a go-to source. I do sometimes buy from a cheaper source or second hand, but they are my reference and very much preferred source. Altogether excellent.

The price for the downloaded album was excellent. The performances of the pianist's favourite repertoire need no commendation from me .The equivalent CDs were not available anyway and, if available, might have been appreciably more expensive. While I prefer a physical product ,due to the varied and many recent problems in international use of The Royal Mail, this proved a welcome option

Buying from Presto is so simple. I can listen to a piece of music on Radio 3, visit the website, find the recording, buy the FLAC download and be listening to the full work inside an hour. Brilliant!

As I invariably down load my purchase it's very straight forword process. If in the rare instance I have a problem I phone and they are very helpful. What more can one ask for.

In Presto Music I find almost anything that interests me in the musical genres I like most, classical and Jazz. The UI is very friendly and I'am downloading Hi-Res files in very good prices.Bravo Presto Music!

Huge range of Classical CDs, LPs, DVDs & Downloads, and with a shop in Leamington Spa selling Instruments and Sheet Music in addition to recordings, and real people to speak to should you so need. On the very rare occasions I have had queries they have been resolved without question. Website is easy to use and my sole caveat is that lead times are usually a bit optimistic, with orders generally arriving 1-2 days later than forecast, but very insignificant in the overall context of such excellent service.

A superb place to find CDs (yes, I know you do sheet music and books to, oh and also DVDs ...). I had some problems using the site around Christmas - very slow (maybe busy). Presto is always my first and preferred site - if you haven't got it, the I go to a big warehouse site that sells everything (sorry).
