I have been using Presto Music for a number of years. I have enjoyed their service. I have been able to get works which take some effort to obtain.

Have been dealing with Presto Music for years and my recent purchase again underscores my 5 star rating. The selection is huge, the website easy to navigate, pricing is competative and the downloads have beenissue free. And after sales service is, in my experience, excellent.

I am happy with the recording I bought from Presto in a few minutes. It was very easy to access my account and then it took, really, a couple of min to get what I'd chosen. It would be great to find, though, the new recording of Turandot to download that, too.

The collection is vast and more than satisfying, The site structure and features such as the "Wishlist", order history and the "My Library Feature" which comes are more than one would wish for. The reviews are very helpful and are a solid guidance. The service impeccable.

Presto's customer service is wonderful: I had a problem with a delivery - the delivery service's fault, not Presto - they were most helpful in getting the problem resolved even in the face of the holiday rush and multiple issues caused by Royal Mail strikes and other problems. Their range of products in classical music is the best I've found, a wide range of CDs, including re-issues licensed by Presto, along with downloads of many otherwise unavailable recordings.

With ever diminishing room for physical CDs it is great to have a source of downloadable music in lossless format which can be stored on a local server. Presto make the whole experience really easy and with a tremendous choice of classical music at my disposal I seldom have to search anywhere else.

Always a great experience. Have purchased CD and downloads. You can access past purchases in either format and download the music. When they problems sourcing difficult recording they keep you informed at all stages with regular email updates.

Hurtigt online køb af klassisk musik (Tchaikovsky). Købet og download gik rigtigt nemt. Download priserne er næsten det samme som prisen for en CD (somme tider endda højere), hvilket jeg synes er mystisk. De har også streaming, som jeg måske vil prøve en dag.
