Presto Music is very easy to navigate, purchase or download from. They have an excellent collection of serious music

There are other download songs web pages that when I download the song I can't download the same song again. This is for protection! Why after download the song, the song continue staying in my downloads? After download the song, the song must to disappear, or at least must to disappear the next day to download it many times during 24 hours. So that nobody can steal my song or download it if somebody steal my password or read my mind and get my password to enter to my presto account. Must to exists more ways of security for the costumer!

Presto Music gave me the oportunity to get recordings with a high quality flac format, a CD that is no longer available. For that, I am very thankful to Presto Music.

I have bought dozens of classical music album downloads over a few years from Presto Music. I find their set-up easy and reliable. I listen to music mainly by playing purchased MP3s on my iPhone and PC, I find Presto Music a more straight-forward alternative to Apple iTunes Store, which can be clumsy with their control over automated downloading to my devices.

No one ever contacted me. I am unable to download the music. I will be calling my credit card to cancel this order. Update: The problem is that their email says they will respond in 24-48 hours. I did not receive a reply. However, what I did receive was a request to review their services - which I gave 1 star. Since then, instead of assisting me, they canceled my order and refunded my money. All I wanted was to help to figure out how to upload the MP3 to my Apple Music. So the 1 star sticks.

All very good Easy download Works well

Bought a download of Nobuyuki Tsujii playing Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition. End of track one gets cut short. Followed Presto's instructions to try downloading again, no change, further followed their instructions to email them - then again, then again from two different email accounts in case there was an issue with my email - NO RESPONSE. It's now a week later and I've still had no response. Appalling customer service. No doubt they'll respond to this by saying 'they are very busy at the moment' like they've been saying for months. Just look at the increase in one star reviews that have happened over the last several months. Presto, you need to put your house in order. I won't be using you again and I recommend others avoid you too. I'm now reverting to Paypal to get a refund.
