My favourite on-line shop with classical music.

There has never been discussion about anything, not about service, delivery or quality. My change from physical CD's to downloads some years ago was no problem at all, even not the procedure how to handle downloads. ( At the time of this change I was 72 years old and not a frequent user of computers). I am also very happy with Presto because of the availability of all wellknown labels and music qualities like Flac or High res.

I download from several sources, but Presto is the most easy and uncomplicated one. So if possible, I allways check this source first. Only if Presto didn't offer the recording I am looking fo, I go to others. Mostly the search, dobuying, paying, and downloading is complicate, uncomfottable, not accessible etc.

I listen to Concert Radio in New Zealand, and often I hear classical music I'd like my OWN copies of. My first port of call is Presto Music; They very often have what I want and their mailing service is truly excellent.

I started listening to music (classical) again and wanted downloadable music, because I try to be online as little as possible. I looked for musicians I wanted in Linn, eClassical, and Presto Music because all offer FLAC, and found that Presto had by far the most of what I searched for. I haven't used it yet, but I also like the capability on Presto to buy single pieces on an album, or even single movements of a piece, for when I want to study just that much.

Have used Presto Music for many years for buying jazz and classical music in high quality download format. They have a great range of such music and always at a competitive price, with purchasing and downloading being quick and easy.

What I really like about Presto music is that they offer a good choice of formats for the music on sale, whether this be via a download (in Flac or MP3), CD or vinyl. The other major benefit is the jazz as well as classical sections.

A huge library and I really like so much about the site but the search facility perhaps doesn't have enough keywords built in - searching for Brahms 3rd violin sonata with Ithzac Perlman brought up every version of the work (508). I've probably missed a trick somewhere. Equally, my download seemed only possible as a ZIP folder and I wondered if a more direct way of downloading might be possible. I'm old, therefkre not very tech-savvy! But I do like the breadth of the library, thanks.

Innovative and forward thinking company constantly striving to add value to their website which includes interviews, new releases information and helpful roundups of releases and reviews, the development of music streaming services, making deleted recordings available again under the Presto name. These are s few examples.The supply of physical CDs is prompt, well packaged and efficient and they are good at keeping you informed if there is a delay (eg: item out of stock) I’ve always found the customer service team to be very helpful whenever I have had to contact them. They seem to be a very good example of a model online retailer. The only downside to this is that it’s all too easy to be tempted by the huge range of music and books they sell!

Background - I've been buying music for 50+ years. I described my weekly trips to Tower Records as a religious experience. Life moves on. The one item I'd ask you address is searching for an album, artist, etc. If you don't get the spelling exactly right, your website doesn't provide 'what's close' as would a Google search.

Has a wealth of classical and orchestral concert music that I find difficult to buy elsewhere. It is now my #1 place to buy CDs and digital downloads.
