I use Presto Music for almost all of my CD/downloads purchases. The website works and is easily navigated, and their catalogue of classical/Baroque works/performances is wonderfully broad.

I love that I don't have to buy a whole CD but just the tracks I need or like. Saves you money and you don't waste storage space on music you don't like. It's a wonderful service, with various quality levels on offer. Very happy.

The music was downloaded immediately, is an excellent production and uploaded to my server faultlessly. So now I can benefit from listening to the music using my hifi.

I was able to find and download my choices ( order No. 10367049 ). I had a problem with one zip file not downloading, but your individual track presentation allowed me to download the .flac files. I really like the sound I get from these files (Denon cd player and integrated amp with Klipshorn speakers).

Presto Classical has an enormous catalogue of recorded music available in CD, Hi-Res download and Streaming forms. The search facilities are great, and the newsletter and recommendations are both helpful and interesting. I have been a customer for many years now, and have no plans to move away from my primary source of recorded classical music, though I have yet to compare the Presto streaming service with that I currently use (and which is built into my sound system).

Cannot fault this company for excellent service and value for money. Their website is very interactive, they have heaps of music, you can listen before purchase and a streaming service I've yet to try.

Easy to order online and usually delivered quite quickly if in stock. Also downloads are easy to do and quite well priced . Good collection of almost every thing. Pity about My Library going for a pay website.

I have used Presto Music to buy compact discs, DVDs, downloads and sheet music. Their range of products gives plenty of choice. Customer service is excellent: whenever I have had to contact them, their reply has always been courteous and timely. I once wrote to point out that an item offered for sale was inaccurately described on their website; they engaged well with the issue and withdrew the item. They have good sale offers at times. Staff seem knowledgeable about classical music, which is important.

I like this music website, I can find a lot of rare recording works, and the price is favorable. And there is a good and complete purchase record.

1-stop shop for jazz and classical music. However, I hope the website is able to load faster particularly on mobile phones using iOS.

Great site for sampling, discovering music on cds or downloads. The downloads help with my hobby of making up custom playlists. Best site I know of since Arkiv disappeared and then came back not so good. The list of every piece by a composer together with 60 second samples is good.

Presto music represents the best in choice, service, ease of website nvigation and download. I support them because they are ( I think) independent and not Amazon, Apple or any any behemoth.

Ordered items 13 May and money taken from credit card 15 May. Dispatch date 26 May so 10 days later.No items arrived and no contact made by company. Emailed them and part order out of stock. So taken money for something they hadn't got. Asked for FULL refund but only given part.Suddenly whilst emailing they sent confirmation the other part had been picked .Email states being shipped but also not leaving until Tuesday.2weeks after they took my money. Don't want this item as postage costing nearly as much as item. What a rip off! Very unprofessional and very poor service. Should have been informed of out of stock items before taking my money.Would not recommend company to family and friends.

Free from "This is not available in your country" or similar disappointing experiences due to licensing when purchasing digital music online.

Presto Music makes it easy to download paid-for music easily, although payment was a touch complicated. The range for classical music was excellent.
