Presto does everything well. It is the best in its field by a long distance. They have essentially everything I need and, most importantly and most unusually, their site is ideally organized. No one interested in classical music, recordings or sheet music, need look anywhere else. On top of that I have had couple of personal,interaction that could not have been better.

A year or so I would have given Presto five stars. Interesting reviews of the latest classical CDs, relatively simple download system and you could listen to them on line. But since they introduced their Streaming system they seem to push it at every opportunity. Very irritating

You click a few times. You pay from the other side of the world. You click a few times again. The music downloads. Click a few more times and the music plays. 100 years ago this would have seemed like magic; it still does. How lucky we are to live in an age when we can enrich our lives with music of our own choosing within a few minutes of so choosing. How lucky we are to have Presto Music to make this possible!

Presto are a reliable and expert Classical Music outlet. If I could request one thing, it would be that they offer all recordings in aiff or wav format in addition to flac for high-resolution downloads as not all playing platforms are compatible, eg. if I choose to play a hi-res file through say, iTunes, it isn't possible to drag a flac file into that. That said, pricing is generous as compared to other outlets.

I have bought a lot of music from this company. It's always easy to find the downloads I want, and the downloads are available as soon as the payment is accepted.

The performance of Presto Services is fully satisfactory, and so is the richness of their offer and the recent streaming of the items sold. Less satisfactory is (the missing point) for example, the delivery by Federal Express.

I have been purchasing downloads from Presto for quite a few years. Excellent service in every way! Good search engine,great recommendations and for the classical music (and Jazz) aficionado a great site. One suggestion though,it would be wonderful if you could also offer downloads in DSD.
