My purchased music was easy to download. Presto Music have a brilliantly organised website and are always my first port of call when searching for new music. Their wide selection is second to none, always important for those of us who prefer to explore the more obscure byways of classical music. All in all, they offer an excellent service.

Great site to search for music you want to buy or research. I like the listings with their reviews and contents. Seems to be a little behind other sites when it comes to pre-orders but I’m happy to wait for Presto to catch up. See Presto as my ‘go to’ site for classical releases in either digital or physical formats. Would dearly love to be able to make the move from purchasing physical and digital formats to the ‘stream’ service but cannot make such a massive change in culture or indeed justify the cost when I have such a huge collection already. I love that I’m able to listen to most of my purchase through the Presto app

A wonderful resource for downloading classical music. Various reviews allow customers to make informed choices. Provides a fuss free service. My only wish is that they would extend choice of genres to cater for folk music fans, but maybe I am being selfish.

Fabulous selection of classical music to choose from. I also like the big discounts on high definition downloads from Companies like Chandos and Harmonia Mundi great quality in the recordings. It is a pity that Universal Music (Deutsche Grammophon/Decca) do not offer competitve pricing. Thanks to PrestoClassical for your super service.

Easy to order on website. I was very pleasantly surprised that all previous orders of CD's and Sacd's are available to playback through the internet with the Presto App. Resolution of CD's purchased more than 10 years ago sound as good or better when playing throught the app.

Presto Music is the only online music store that I trust. It has a wonderfully wide range of music and interesting articles to read. I have been listening to music for 65 years yet I am still finding new composers and music I enjoy on using this site, in affect, broadening my taste in music. One of the best features of the site is it allows you to purchase individual pieces so you can make your own playlists. And it provides a choice of various formats to suit your budget. Great music site.

Fast purchase. Good tracks quality.

I suppose I started how a lot of people start - on Amazon. But after I got past the attempts to make me subscribe to streaming I finally found a download option, only to realise it doesn't tell you anywhere what the quality is. Now, either I have super human hearing or just happen to have a good speaker system (maybe both), but I can hear the roboticness of a classical mp3 below 320kbps. Amazon's customer service were useless, so I sought out somewhere better... and that's how I found Presto. Right on the product page there's multiple format options, so for my first purchase I tried out the Hi-Res FLAC (my first FLAC purchase). The checkout process is very fast and simple, and the downloads are available right on the confirmation page. The sound is immense. Presto know what they're doing. I'll never go anywhere else.

Great range of titles and formats to download. Easy access to historical reviews (gramophone, CD review etc.) make choosing more informed. Purchases are archived so if you have a hard disk crash they are there to download again. Emails are helpful and not too often. Overall great service.

I think the catalog of music offered is great. I have found albums that I wanted for a long time, and I finally have bought them from Presto Music. Besides the catalog, I find helpful the information they send via e-mail regarding new releases. I believe is remarkable they offer albums of labels that are not so well known. Of course, I appreciate the fact that they sell CD's as well as downloads. I like the fact that, when it comes to search an album, is easy using the search tool, but also, using the directory of labels by alphabetical order. I love that an hiperlink in the names of artist, performers and series is given in many of the descriptions of the items. Something I dislike is that every time I buy an item, I'm promted to fill the information of address, name, etc. I think that, once I have signed in, all that information could be stored and used for the next purchases. Of course, that information should be able to edit when needed.

In the over five years I’ve been dealing with Presto Music, their user interface has gotten progressively easier and easier to use to the point that executing transactions is quite simple. Moreover, their payment handling is now pretty much seamless. This last is from the perspective of being located in the United States and having to no longer navigate the peculiarities and frustrations associated with satisfying multiple banking systems on both monetary ends of the transactions. So, ease of use, competitive pricing, simplicity in execution, what else? If you buy digital downloads, a Presto Music purchase also entails an automatic backup in the form of the zip file in which the purchase is delivered. Why is this an advantage? Why do I have to take that extra step to get to my music? Well, when the FLAC file of your favorite cut inevitably gets corrupted and you discover such FLAC files cannot be repaired, you already have a backup safely stored (presumably) on a separate drive. I was able to purchase a hard-to-find album from them easily. It was in the audio format of my choice. The price was good. I would use this service again.

How lovely, since I got my first HiRes steaming classical work from Presto UK in later 2016.
