Hello. Actually my recent experiences with Presto are fine. But on May 4 I downloaded Mozart P Concertos 23 & 24 with Ivan Moravec. 23 skips badly near the end of the 1st movement. I notified Presto on May 5, and received a reply from Clare Plumbley that the info was sent to the supplier. I have heard nothing since, and have replaced the download with a CD. Could this purchase now be refunded? The original order was 10343185. Thank-you

Getting music through downloading is not my favorite way to go, but I needed something quickly, and the process was almost instantaneous. It would have been nice to have gotten the CD booklet as a download too, but I copied the track list from your catalog and put it in a CD-sized format.

Finally, a streaming service that takes classical music seriously! There are others, of course. What separates Presto from the others is the emphasis on the presentation of artists and music, the easy availability of sleeve information, etc - in addition to the possibility to download in hi-res format, and buy CDs. Very satisfied.

It is a much nicer experience shopping for classical music on Presto than Amazon. The search works perfectly, the information on each release is accurate, and the articles on new releases are illuminating. Amazon has better deals, but I think it's worth giving that up. I don't buy often anymore, but there are a couple contemporary composers that I follow and will like to have hard copies of new releases. I especially like Christopher Tyler Nickel on Avie Records.

Download worked fine. I avoided hassle getting CDs through customs. And I was able to reduce dynamic range, making quiet passages easier to hear.

I'm very happy I discovered Presto Music, because there are so many Classical and Jazz albums that are no longer available on new CDs. Also when I only want a selection, such as an aria or chorus, purchasing a complete opera is cost prohibitive. On Presto Music I can download high quality FLAC files of performances that are either unavailable, or on expensive recordings.

Presto Music has been my primary source for hi-res (and ultra hi-res where available) music downloads. The huge catalog is well organized and indexed, and is easy to navigate. They have links to available reviews. There is also ability to hear clips. I have no experience of the customer service - everything has worked perfectly! Bravo.
