Shipping took far too long. Additionally, when the frame arrived, the glass was cut too large and didn’t fit inside the frame. The assembly of these frame could work well for smaller pieces, but my experience with something 60+ inches you will need to look elsewhere. 10/10 would not recommend

I like the product, however you can not customize it. I requested no hanging device in the notes and spoke to a rep on the phone. They would not accommodate the request. I only wanted the print on metal and nothing attached to the back.

I just now got around to opening my frame I purchased from you. It did not go together at all. So I took it to Michael’s Framing Department and they just called and said it doesn’t work as it is missing a lip to hold it all together. I have framed a couple of hundred black metal frames in my photo business, but just thought I was doing something wrong so I took it to them. And they agreed. Can I send you a photo of how it is? I would like credit for the metal part, I’m keeping the foam core, the plexi and cardboard as I only have to order a new frame now.
