Just what I needed.
The large (48" x 36") Modern Shallow White Canvas Floater Frame arrived on the West Coast within 12-days. It was well packed and no damage in transit (UPS). The frame was solid construction with soft gusseted corners and included all mounting hardware and instructions.
I love ordering from pictureframes. The process is very easy...using the website, choosing the right frame and size and the shipping, all amazing.
The frame choices were high quality. When I needed to switch frames; I still got the original discount. Staff was very helpful. When I asked about a refund; staff solved the problem right away.
I am disappointed that the frame arrived with several nicks on two lengths of the frame where the paint is scraped off exposing the wood on the front. The packaging was secure and not damaged, so I assume these marks were present prior to shipping.

I ordered an entirely different frame than I got. Read your invoices better, hire help in the warehouse that pays attention. Include packing slips in your packages, and make your return process clear.
Had a large selection of frames to choose from and could order them to custom size. Only 4 stars because I ordered on 7/21, and still waiting to find out if they have shipped it. Hopefully that is because they are taking the time to do it well.

The frame is racked, it does not lay flat. The inner matte is cut the same size as the outer. The cut on the matte is poorly done, the corners are not cleanly finished. The delivery was painful to watch.

My art print arrived misprinted and damaged, but the actual printing quality and paper were excellent and the customer service about remedying the problem was golden! They're still my go to place for aluminum frame sets. Great selection of lengths, good prices, easy to use website. My only suggestion is to physically inspect print orders with respect to correct dimensions before they get packed for shipping.
