you didn't send the proper hardware for the frames I ordered. you sent retainer clips for frames that have a groove for the clip and for frames meant for glass and matboard. I ordred canvas floater frames and a very nice wood frame with no retainer clip groove! This is not the first time and it really makes me want to look for other frame company options

what made the experience great was the quick customer response about a size & style frame I was searching for.
There were fewer choices for frames. I would have liked a wider bright gold metallic frame, but all I could find was a narrow gold. If I wanted wider, I had to go with frost. Your choice of metallic frames is smaller than I remember. I used to buy several frames at a time when I was framing my artwork. Your website is also not as user friendly; it is more difficult to navigate.

I thought I purchased a canvas floater frame but it wasn’t AND the size was off.
I was pleased with the quality of the frames, except for one, which was not a plein air frame. The back of that frame looked so nasty. I had to paint it to cover up the mess. The hardware sent to install the frames has issues. It wibble/wobbles. We have our own supplies. Your packaging is great. Since we have a continueing need for frames, I am glad we found you again.
