Many different types of frame styles to choose from. It can be a little difficult to know exactly the width of frame even though it is stated.

It was very easy to place my order and I received it in a very timely manner. I appreciate the padded corner guards you included with my frame....a nice and rather necessary touch. I also appreciate your packaging, making sure all was secure but not going overboard with a bunch of stuff that is not recyclable. Very nice.
Always good to work with you. I am happy you are willing to cut frames to the quarter inch. It would be even better if you could return to eighth inch.
Shopping was easy. I have not received my frame yet, so I can't comment if I am happy with it.
I ordered a diploma frame in November 2023 as a gift for my daughter. Some time around March of 2024 I asked if she had received anything from pictureframes.com and she said she had not. I called and they said it had been delayed but was 3-4 weeks further out. It is now August of 2024 and I was told that it is still delayed. Order canceled and we'll order somewhere else. Someone could have contacted one of the two of us and told us what was going on and allowed us to pick another frame from their site or offer a refund. I am extremely upset that I have to tell her to choose a frame somewhere else and ruin what surprise there was to be had almost a year out from when we saw the one on their site.

I ordered a frame nearly a month ago. The confirmation email said it would ship within 5-7 days. I received no communications from the company until I finally wrote to ask for an update, only to find out the item is back ordered and no indication of when it would be in stock. They refunded my order but why did I have to track down the status instead of them proactively reaching out weeks ago when it was clear the order would be late? Lots of incompetence. Buyer beware.

The frames were received in perfect condition and measured accurately. I ordered wood frames and they appear exactly, as to color and grain, as they do online. I had one issue which was resolved immediately and satisfactorily.
I like that I can download images of my artwork to get a sense of how each frame will look. I wish you co sider selling truvue glass.
The image I sent to be printed was printed but half the image was cut off. Isn't there a Quality Assurance department? Let's see if they can redeem themselves with the frame and mat I ordered.
