The frame was well made, came with all the needed hardware to hang it, and arrived in a timely manner. For a custom-sized frame, the cost was good. Good looking, too.

This is my third order from Pictureframes.com and the reason I'm ordering more from this place is that they have a various range of frames, from modern to classic style and what is the Most important-they have a very convenient tool that allows you properly measure and choose the size of the frame for the paintings. Good descriptive details about each of the frame is also helpful.
Easy peasy selection and ordering
I received a broken frame, and one with a reproduction of the work with an acrylic sheet over it. I inadvertently ordered the reproduction with an acrylic sheet without realizing it. The frame was cracked in shipping. When I called telling them about the crack and the mistaken order of the reproduction, they told me they would refund my money and suggested I order again. I purchased a frame without the reproduction for the replacement. I would caution if ordering with a photo to see how the frame might look, be very careful that you note that the offer for the reproduction is part of the order and make your choice about that. I would also be quick to add that the customer service people were very quick to make the broken frame replacement easy to do and suggested I reorder so as not to make the same mistake twice. I have worked with this company for several years on and off at need, and they have always been super reliable and great to work with, producing a good and effective frame, no matter what the size.
