I was at the pines for 2 night all I can say is the staff go out of there for you day or night check in on me nurse and doctor and surgeons would came see everday to look in have a chat there all so friendly 😀 would come again hospital 5 star I would like to thanks everyone of staff ..

What an excellent service! I cannot say anything negative about my stay with phoenix health. The hospital is clean and modern and the staff are excellent and extremely supportive. Phoenix health have helped me change my life for the better and I will be eternally grateful. My surgeon, Jennifer Darrien and the team are literally some of the best people in the business. The care and compassion I received is second to none!

I have been under the care of Jennifer Darien and her team at Phoenix Health for the last 2 years. They are very professional in all they do with regular communication and always on hand with support when needed. I can honestly say that I’ve never met a surgeon as friendly and funny as her. Ms Darien makes time to chat before and after surgery and enjoys a laugh/joke. Just recently I stayed at The Pines hospital which is absolutely beautiful. The hospital is very welcoming and modern with comfortable rooms. Staff are all pleasant, polite and caring who go above and beyond, I honestly felt like I was in a 5 star hotel, food exceptional and afternoon tea. Thankyou to everyone at Phoenix Health and I look forward to continuing my treatment with such high standards.

I have been with Pheonix health since September 23 after 3 years with Aintree. The process has been well informed well planned and I have been kept up to date at each stage. The team are fantastic at the hospital and even more so at Pines where I had my op. My surgeon Miss Jennifer Darrian is lovely, we had some good laughs and she put me at ease straight away when she called me prior to my operation. The process has been faultless and I am very thankful for this opportunity and for being placed with Pheonix. Now to start my new journey as a new healthier me

I have found phoenix care to be exceptional in there care and advice big shout out to debs Andy all theatre staff and my surgeon Mr Almerie who performed my gastric bypass on the 18th Oct 23 the care afterwards has been amazing deffo recommend phew health

All staff from receptionist to nurses very welcoming, friendly and professional. Mr Qutaybo Almerie was my surgeon he was very informative and easy to speak. Would definitely recommend phoenix health.

I have found Phoenix Health exceptional in their care. I had a gastric sleeve on the 18th October with Mr Qutayba Almerie who amazing. The nurses go above and beyond in your care. Amazing hospital. All staff are very attentive and take such good care of you.

My stay at the pines was only for 2 nights but I found all the staff friendly and pleasant. I would recommend this hospital for anyone that needs medical care. Special thanks to my consultant Jennifer Darrien who explained the procedure I was going to have and the aftercare was very good!

I had my Gastric Sleeve surgery on the 10/10/23. From the moment I entered the hospital I was looked after by all the nursing staff. My surgeon was Mr Qutayba Almere who was excellent. Visited me after surgery , day after and day of leaving. I was nervous but honestly it went so well so now my journey begins. I’ve lost 7.7lb in the first week. Thank you to all at Phoenix Marta X

I had my sleeve surgery yesterday with Phoenix health at The pines. My surgeon was Mr Qutayba Almerie who was amazing from the phone call al the way through my stay! After surgery he came straight to see me but due to me not being fully around yet he came back, explained everything to me and the full procedure and answered any questions I had. Every single nurse/ HCA I had was amazing, kind and helpful. I had a nurse throughout the night named Racheal and I had quite bad sickness and she couldn’t do anymore to help and be there all night for me she made my night so much better by being kind and compassionate, I will never forget her. All around my stay has been lovely and I would definitely recommend, the process has been easy and straight forward. I couldn’t thank the staff enough x

From the surgeon to the nurses I couldn't of asked for better treatment and communication. Nothing is too much trouble.

Great service here, I could not fault it, all the Doctors and nurse's where amazing couldn't do more for me and my surgeon Mr Qutayba Almerie did such a brilliant job and made sure I was well and cared for over the course of my stay. All staff where very caring and attentive.

Everyone at Phoenix Health have been amazing from the start to the end. Nothing is too much trouble for them if you’ve got a problem. Had my gastric sleeve at The Pines in Altrincham, what a brilliant place the staff are so attentive & really look after you. My surgeon Ms Jennifer Darrien was amazing no question was too much bother for her, I’d recommend her to do anyone’s gastric op. A really lovely caring lady.

Very supportive and great advice. From day 1 of my op til now (3 months post op) ive felt safe and totally reassured. All the staff are fantastic 👏 and all my worries disappear with the excellent aftercare. Would totally recommend phoenix health...5 stars 🌟 in my opinion. Very impressed. The way the procedure went the staff nurses doctors surgeons excellent everything went according to plan and the way things are explain to me can’t thank everyone at the pines health clinic in enough thanks to everyone and once again really really impressed
