I would highly recommend Pet Stay. My dad's dogs are 13 and have never been left behind they go everywhere normally. But we were of to see family and they are not keen on dogs. The couple that looked after them were lovely and kept in touch with photos and updates.
Jenefer and Don are fantastic . The care they give is always 100% . It is reassuring to know that my dog Sparkle will be well cared for . I love receiving the updates and pics from Jenefer and am grateful to receive these.
Alfie went for another little holiday with his favourite carer Carolyn last weekend. Whenever we drop Alfie off he jumps straight out of the car and runs to the back gate ready to go. He loves his time with Carolyn, she takes him on lovely walks by the beach and treats him just like he’s her own dog. Carolyn gives us updates while we are away and sends pictures of our happy boy. The smiles say all we need to know about how much he loves being there.
Verity and Sid tell us that Otto feels right at home from the moment he arrives, and we can see this by the way he takes his toy straight into the garden and starts playing. When we collect him at the end of our holidays he just thinks, “great, two more people to play with” rather than “where have you been?”. We receive regular photos and updates of Otto and his hosts care about him deeply, giving him space to relax when his needs it and cuddles and attention when he wants company. Otto is a very affectionate dog who loves human contact. We would highly recommend Verity and Sid as carers and have no concerns for our dog when he is with them.
We were so worried about leaving our dogs, we had never done it before, however we got matched up with Patricia and Peter, and they were just fab! They catered to all of our needs, and sent lots of photos of our two doggies whilst on their walks. They made me feel at ease and were really lovely, and although I was on holiday, I believe this was a little holiday for our dogs since they treated incredibly! Thanks so much PetStay and even more thanks to Patricia and Peter you were great!
I am so pleased with pet stay. My boy has enjoyed both his stays with two different families. And I was reassured throughout. Always kept up to date with photos and videos. I wouldn’t hesitate to use petstay again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful service
As far as we know, Badger was well looked after. Heidi and Chris are delightful and very accommodating. We hope our dog was well-behaved. She was with them for over a week.
Our dog has stayed with his Petstay host, Julie, many times now. He is always happy to go and we feel happy he is there. He has lots of dog fun and we receive regular updates, which is reassuring. It is easy to book and Sophia is always helpful and answers any questions we may have. Thank you.
This was the first time we used petstay derby but after speaking to Chris it soon became apparent that this was a well organised outfit . We were paired with Lee and Nicola to look after our boxer Spencer and we couldn't have got a more perfect match . From the initial meeting with them they put us and Spencer at ease All the time that we were away they updated us with photos which put us at ease knowing he was in good hands .thankyou Lee and Nicola ! We will definitely be using petstay again and hopefully Lee and Nicola
Thanks to Alex my 4 month old puppy was able to have a lovely time staying with Bobbie whilst I went on holiday with my daughter. It was lovely to receive updates and a photo during the stay and see that Topsy was having a good time. All thanks to Bobbie being willing to give my puppy a lovely home from home. I think maybe Bobbie will need a holiday now as Topsy is still an active puppy. My only concern was that Topsy might not want to come home after such a good time but happily she still loves me too
Marmalade has been a regular with Petstay for a number of years, Sue always ensures that she finds the match for our Cocker Spaniel , he has had many stays with Elaine and Bob who he loves, and this time he met Margaret and Paul and could'nt have been happier. He came back with toys and was so relaxed I think he was disappointed to be home !!!!
We have used Petstay on multiple times and have always been more than happy with their carers. This was Ebony’s first stay with Maggie and she did not disappoint. Maggie clearly has an amazing love for dogs and we were delighted with the care she provided. Regular photos and updates were lovely to receive and see how well she was being cared for (but we knew that anyway!) Highly recommended, such a nicer option than kennels, book with confidence 🐾🐾
The whole process was fantastic. Carolyn looked after our cockapoo Beau-Winston, she sent updates everyday which was very reassuring. Beau was very well looked after during his little holiday with Carolyn. I would definately recommend as a great alternative to kennels, where you dog is in a home from home.

This was our first time using PetStay . Our dog -Patch stayed with Ann Marie and had a great stay . Ann Marie was kind & caring towards Patch . We have booked him in again .
I have been telling everyone about PetStay and how wonderful the whole set up and service is! Our Boo is a 4 year old Staffy who we have put into kennels several times always with tears in our eyes. When I found out about PetStay and had my first call with Jane it was a huge weight off our mind to know this kind of service existed. Our meet up with Dot was great, you could tell she was a huge dog lover, she asked lots of questions about Boo, us and her daily lifestyle as she was keen to ensure Boo would have that ‘home from home’ experience. We only needed 2 nights as we were going to my daughters wedding and in that short time we had messages, photos and even videos of how our girl was doing… and she looked so happy! 5 ⭐️ service from Dot and to PetStay for making the whole process so easy - thank you!
Once again bageera had an fantastic stay with Lorraine & her family so well looked after he thinks it's his second home can't thank petstay enough for their choice of carers.
We used Petstay for the first time recently, following a successful introduction meeting our pug Peggy stayed with Suzanne for just over 2 weeks. We are always anxious leaving her but Suzanne gave us regular updates with plenty of pics and we were the most at ease we've ever been using a pet sitter, I think Peggy easily had just as nice a holiday as we did. We've already booked her next visit.
Another successful visit for our wee Mila with Alice and Bernard. She loves them so much and the feeling seems to be mutual. Lots of photos and messages which were so reassuring. It is a match made in heaven!
