PetStay Oxfordshire(Alex) and our carer (Norah) provided a superb service overall - not only great care for our dog and ample ‘progress reports’ during our time away, but also confident system-assurance of continuity of care, e.g. in the event of need for backup. Peace-of-mind achieved!
Maple loved her stay with Julie in December. Julie sent photos and updates everyday and took Maple on some fantastic walks to the lakes & woods. It felt like leaving Maple with a friend. Many thanks Julie 🐾
My little Jackapoo stopped with Sallie for 14 days while I was away. Sallie was amazing she sent photos and videos everyday so I could see what Bobby was doing. They went on woodland walks, secure exercise areas and visited local open areas to exercise. I was very happy with Sallie and it made my holiday more enjoyable 🐶

Kaia and Bess are always looked after in a very caring way. Kaia was born deaf and also has Addison’s disease so is on daily medication. June and Steven take great care to allow Kaia to settle so that she feels relaxed during her stay. She soon is happy enough to get up to the mischeivous games she enjoys at home. Bess settles immediately and loves her cuddles. I never have doubts about leaving them with June and Steven.
Everything is so well organised and our dog was wonderfully cared for during her stay.

We have been using petstay for over two years now. I cannot recommend highly enough. It really feels like our dog gets his own holiday and enjoys his time With his foster parents ! The host is always really flexible and a few times we have been stuck with flight delays etc and it’s never been an issue . It’s so reassuring when this happens that it’s not another thing to worry about.
We contacted PetStay to find someone who could take care of our border collie Roma (3 yo) over the Christmas holidays. Jane was great at staying in touch and keeping us updated while she was looking for a carer available over this very busy period. The carer that Jane found turned out to be a perfect match for Roma: Eleanor and her family have been absolutely amazing, they provided Roma with all the attention and love that she needed. We received news with photos every single day during her stay, which was perfect for us to fully relax knowing that everything was going well. This experience has been a 10 out of 10 for us and we cannot recommend PetStay enough!
PetStay have always offered me an excellent, reliable and caring service. My dog is elderly now requiring medication and extra care. He was beautifully looked after recently by Catherine Rogan and her husband who were fully understanding of his needs while giving him extra love and affection too. Cannot recommend this service highly enough
I made an enquiry via the online form giving dates, breed etc and simply got a one liner email response "No we are unable to help". I mean, I am OK with them not being to help, but a little bit of Customer Service would go a long way. Makes you wonder what service you would get if things went wrong?
Peace of mind from start to finish when Jess our jack Russell stayed with Pamela. Regular pics and updates and Jess took to Pamela and her family so well.
We arranged care for our Labrador Max over a number of years. Cheryl was great in making all the arrangements and the carers were all fantastic. We were never worried leaving him with the carers when we went away. They also kept us updated as to how he was doing and sent photos.
Ruth was incredibly well organised, reassuring and supportive. She found us the best place for Piper, our mischievous Cairn Terrier, to stay. Piper’s carers loved her so much they didn’t want her to go! She was very well looked after and we got photos every day of a very happy looking dog!
This was my first experience of Petstay and I shall definitely book again. Benji had a lovely time and I felt very confident leaving him.
Our dog sitters were excellent and they looked after little Izzy (miniature dachshund) really well. She seemed very happy in their household and I wouldn’t hesitate to send her there again. The whole experience using Petstay was brilliant.
Our 6 year old cocker spaniel has just spent 2 lovely weeks with Roy and Sheila. He obviously had a great time, we collected the same happy dog we dropped off :) Roy was great watsapping us with updates which was really reassuring for us. Thank you so much Roy and Sheila x
My dog sitter (Debbie) was brilliant! She took really good care of my English Springer Spaniel and absolutely spoilt him! He was so happy in their household and I wouldn’t hesitate to send him there again. The whole experience using Petstay was excellent.
I would highly recommend Petstay to those seeking 'home boarding' for their Pet. The registration and initial meeting with prospective 'carers' is straightforward and reassuring for both parties as it gives you confidence that your pet will be happy in its new surroundings. Our dog Buzz clearly enjoyed his stay with Chris and Ann who following our initial meeting were well prepared to cater for his little foibles!
Recently my dog Tilly had a mid-week stay actually a repeat visit to Sylvia. As before Tilly was very pleased to be staying with Sylvia, all the organising with Petstay was easy and seamless, it gives you peace of mind that your precious hound will be well looked after. She had several walks to local parks and I think she was pampered.
