We haven't used Petstay for a good few yrs. Our old dogs passed and we now have a 3 yr old Spaniel who has never been without us. I have to say our anxieties were short lived . Keith and his lovely wife looked after her so well, sending us regular photos throughout the weekend of her settled. 100% recommended
We’ve boarded our Cockapoo Riley with 2 hosts around York. Both have been excellent experiences for us and our dog and I think for our hosts too ;friendly welcoming. Couldn’t recommend it more highly
Anne-Marie looked after our doggy with the utmost love and care and sent lots of photos and videos, she is absolutely fantastic, I can highly recommend her. Our doggy loves her.
We received such a great service through Pet Stay. From the initial contact and arrangements through to the wonderful sitter our dog stayed with we were made to feel at ease and confident that Suki would be well cared for. Our sitter sent regular updates during the time Suki was with her. Suki had the time of her life and is looking forward to us going away again! Suki is a nervous dog but the experienced sitter knew exactly how to make her feel at ease. Would highly recommend.
I have been using pet stay for a number of years now and recently had a two week holiday. My Vizsla Molly stayed with Keith & Anne, I have no need to worry about her as I know she is very well looked after and I get regular updates and photos. Linda who organises all the stays is brilliant and very professional. I’m so happy I can go on holiday and not worry about my dog Angela & john
We've found petstays for our young energetic Collie cross through Alex at PetStay Oxfordshire a few times now. We are reassured that Alex checks the carers suitability really carefully and find great matches for our precious pup! I get the feeling that she comes home thoroughly spoilt, but carers also seem attentive to sticking to routine etc. Evie now has auntie Bethan, auntie Sue, uncle Tony and uncle Ian who she loves very much! Would thoroughly recommend. - Get signed up with plenty of time before your holiday as the carers are always busy!
We've used Petstay (Highlands) for a number of years now, initially for a staffie who was reactive with other dogs, but great with people. Always found a suitable carer, who understood the breed and the individual needs of the specific dog. Sadly, Rory passed a couple of years ago and we now have a young Hungarian Vizlsa, Bruno, who can be somewhat of a diva. We were matched up with Andy and Kay, who right away we knew had experience with the breed and their quirks. A very through initial meeting, discussing potential issues and how they would care for him whilst Bruno explored the house and garden reassured me he would be just fine there. We were promised as few or as many "doggy spam" updates as we wanted when we were away, which further reassured us, and from the look of the photos, he'd typically made himself right at home, claiming prime spot on their couch. Will be delighted to use them as cares again, which has typically been our experience of Petstay in the Highlands. Any minor issues have always been sorted in very quick order by Catriona, who runs a very tight ship.
PetStay has been great. They found us the perfect dog sitters who are nearby and understand our dogs completely. They are looked after really well and love their doggy holidays.
Yet another successfully stay for my dog Bailey , who loves staying with Brigette . She clearly loves dogs , it’s so Reassuring to go away knowing your dog is happy and safe .
Petstay is fantastic I didn't want my little doggie staying in kennels, so I googled people who look after pets at home. I picked petstay they are great Lauren explained everything to me from start to finish. I met my pet carer Anne Marie my doggie took to her like a duck to water. I dropped my doggie off for 10 days I was sent pics daily while on holiday which made me feel at ease Anne Marie was great. My doggie has come back better behaved i know i couldn't believe it, when I took her for a walk instead of barking at the local doggies which is so embarrassing, she socialises with them instead fantastic. The stay with Anne Marie was so beneficial for her to socialise with other dogs. Absolutely fantastic service thanks Anne Marie and Petstay (Lauren)🐕🐶💗👍🏻
Our little one-year-old cocker spaniel has stayed with Jerry And Rachel a few times now and always seems very happy when we go to pick her up. She enjoys the company of their two dogs and obviously misses them when she comes home. We have used Petstay with our previous dog and recommend them very highly. I am relaxed when we are away in the secure knowledge that our dear dog is being so well looked after.
Lola once again stayed with Jane and her own dog, Tia. We have used PetStay since Lola was a puppy and fortunately, she has always been able to stay with Jane on each occasion. Jane always makes Lola feel welcome and I know that Lola looks forward to her stay, as she gets so excited when we arrive and she always pulls me into Jane's garden. Jane takes great care of Lola and this is so important, as it means we can relax whilst on holiday, knowing that Lola is being well cared for and is having a fun time. I'm sure she's already looking forward to her next stay in June.
I have been using PetStay for several years now, and this is the second time Buddy has stayed with Linda and Peter who are amazing. Buddy was so pleased to see them when we arrived and was happily sat on Peter’s knee when we left. It makes our holiday all the more relaxing and enjoyable knowing that Buddy is happy and well cared for.
Our dog Ruby is generally very anxious but she settled really well with John and Sophie and we felt really comfortable leaving her with them. She was loved and cared for like she would be at home which was important for us. We have booked again for an upcoming trip and it’s great to know that Ruby will be well looked after.
This was the second time our black lab Cosmo stayed with Laura and Neil and he loved it! Would highly recommend Laura and Neil for dog boarding. Cosmo was extremely well looked after, walked and entertained and remembered his previous visit. Not sure how happy he was to be coming back home after his stay :) Thank you both for looking after him so well.
This is the third time I have used Petstay for my dog Finn and would highly recommend it. Finn enjoyed his stay with Alison and Frank and I was kept up to date with his progress throughout the week. Thanks Alison and Frank for looking after him so well.
Very professional service. Matched Barney my dog with a lovely man called Eddie who took care of him very well, plus he had a dog of his own so both dogs played together, a bonus all round. I would happily recommend this service and that particular minder to anyone.
I don’t know what I would do without Sarah looking after my puppy whilst I’m away on holiday. She goes above and beyond to make sure he is happy and safe. When we come home he runs to us and back to Sarah because he has felt so at ease with her. We have been paired with a lovely, caring lady and I can rest easy while I am away.
Titch is my gorgeous but quirky Lurcher who wouldn’t do well in boarding kennels so I feel especially lucky to have found Petstay. Titch has been very happy staying with Jessamy who has been his regular carer for some years now. I always feel totally reassured that my boy is with someone so special
John and Sophie really looked after Muffin well and is very happy staying with them.
