Pet Stay arranged a perfect carer for our dog Maggie whilst we were away. Maggie can be a bit anxious but Roger was so confident and relaxed that he really put our minds at rest. He sent us several photos showing a very spoilt dog !! I would have no hesitation in using Roger again.
I enjoyed the updates I received to show my dog was ok in the boarders home. They seemed like a nice couple and very professional. My only negative would be on the day of collection my dog hadn’t been taken for her second walk- because it had been raining. She should’ve been taken for a walk a couple of hours prior to collection time. I’d travelled home on a very long haul flight and it would’ve been the perfect finish if I hadn’t had to then walk her myself that evening! Other than that, she seemed to have been well cared for, happy and content.
Was having real problems sourcing a sitter for my 15 year old Lhasa Apso. Read about Petstay on internet,and decided to try them. Very professional initial interview and information gathering, after which I had a sitter recommended for my dog. Clear guideline around pre-booking and payment, and straightforward instructions to be followed pre-stay. very pleased with the sitter nominated, and have already booked for another stay.
Ann (through PetStay) looked after our dog for a long weekend. She was wonderful, and we immediately felt comfortable leaving Scout with her. Regular photos and updates. PetStay were very helpful at setting everything up, organising introductions, and handling all the admin
PetStay has finally put us in touch with the best option for our golden retriever. He has never come home this happy and balanced after time away from home! Definitely will be using them again and can only recommend
Our first holiday leaving our nervous dog and it was a great success. I had no worries leaving her with Cath and Jim. They prepared me very well with practical advice and took time to get to know my dogs habits and likes. Straight away I could tell this was the perfect home from home. My dog settled well and we soon received a photo of her relaxed and happy. We have already booked another Petstay with the wonderful Cath and Jim.
We had to leave our 10 month old puppy behind while we were abroad for a few weeks and were very nervous that she would not cope well without being at home. The lady who looked after her sent us lots of pictures of her while we were away, and she clearly was very well looked after.
Petstay Glasgow made it so easy to go on holiday with the peace of mind that our dog qas in the best hands. Getting everything organised and meeting our lovely carer Eleanor was so reassuring. The email to remind me what to take was very helpful. While we were away we got daily pics & videos of what she had been up to. She looked at home, relaxed and happy. We would absolutely use PetStay Glasgow again and highly recommend it !
Spot had a fabulous time with Joanne. He is missing them as he's wandering about looking for his new friend. 🥰 He was happy to see us. Joanne cleaned all his things to come home with. Thank you 😊
Dotty has just returned from 2 weeks with the most amazing couple. We’d just lost our older dog less than 2 weeks before we went away, so we’re quite reluctant leaving her, especially as she’s quite anxious, and not the easiest terrier in the world. We had no need to be concerned; she was treated like a member of their family from drop off, we had daily updates and photos, which really settled us. The best bit was, she didn’t want to come home, whilst for many that would be upsetting, for us, we’re glad she was that happy she wanted to stay. Thanks to Petstay for making the introduction seem less, the booking easy, and for your understanding / revising our booking when we lost our other dog quite suddenly.
Poppy has just had a very relaxed weekend stay with lovely Christine. Happily playing with her toy when we left, has enjoyed playing in the garden, and making herself at home. We received regular updates from Christine which really puts your mind at rest. So once again just a huge thanks to Christine for looking after our anxious rescue, and Cheryl for organising. Already booked for summer!
I can’t rate PetStay Glasgow highly enough. Jane paired our dog up with a lovely family to take care of our dog while we went on holiday. The service from PetStay is exceptionally professional and thoughtful from start to finish, and our dog had a wonderful time when we were away. He was paired with a perfect family. The family he boarded with sent us a photo and an update each day, which put our minds at rest and we could see how happy our dog was. He even went to the beach! I am extremely grateful to Jane and the family who took exceptional care of our pup when we were away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PetStay and I would be very happy to use them again in the future.

Both my fluffy boys stayed with Ann for 12 days while we were in the US. They settled in right away, pics sent saw them cuddling up to Ann, playing or enjoying freedom in her garden (enclosed and secure) We were able to enjoy our time away without worrying about them. One of the boys was reluctant to come home with us when we picked them up!!
Fantastic service from PetStay once again! I can't recommend PetStay enough. The booking process ensuring the right carer is paired with the right dog, through to the stay itself was brilliant. Susan took care of our dog as if she was her own. Sending photos and videos every day ensured we knew our dog, Jessi was having a great time.
From the booking process to the stay it was an excellent service.
We had the lovely Mhairi looking after our wee cocker spaniel for a week recently. She made me feel super comfortable when we went to do the initial meet, obviously loved my dog and was keen to learn all about her to try and make her as at home as possible. While we were away we got a short daily update with a photo which helped me know my dog was being well looked after. When we went to pick her up I could tell she had a great time, was obviously very comfortable with Mhairi and she was happy to talk about what they had got up to while we were away. Mhairi was excellent and I expect we will be using her again on our next holiday!
This was our 1st experience of petstay and could not be happier, the family that looked after our dog was amazing. Dog seemed to settle really well and we had good feed back aswell. Would recommend highly
Claude stayed with fran and Dave who treat him like we do - our fur baby. They let him sleep on their bed and bought him a toy. They give him so much love and attention and you can tell he loves them too. This is his third stay with them. They also send us lots of photos and messages which is very welcome. Truly lovely couple x
